2nd Stay was as awesome as the first!

I love this little bungalow. Close to where I work, quiet, clean, perfect layout. It has everything u need to feel right at home. Would stay here again for sure.

Great place!

This little spot was the perfect place for one night in Chico. Beautiful area and close enough to walk to downtown. Simple and clean. I would definetly stay here again.

Awesome place to stay! Loved everything about the property. I wish I had a place like this at my house to take a break from the wife and kids😂😂 Not sure I would ever come out. Has everything u need. Gr8 shower, GR8 SHOWER, kitchen, cozy cozy cozy bed. Would give 10 stars if allowed.

We had a bad experience right from the start, before even getting inside the unit. Listing reflects "dedicated driveway parking", but once we booked, we were told it was recommended that we not park there because other guests may block us in. When we arrived, there signs said no street parking in daytime until 3:00 pm so the only parking we could find for our late night arrival was a block away. Entry code did not work & required a call to property manager to reset. Once inside, it was 59 degrees with the heat pump blowing very cold air. We tried to turn it off or change to warm air, but remote did not work and there was no manual control on the unit. We called the property manager, who attempted to help us by asking us to send a photo of the remote control. We got it to work for about 5 minutes and start blowing warm air, but it then reverted to ice cold air. We were in shorts and t-shirts, and had packed for warm weather, so we had no warm clothes. Room temp continued to drop and we couldn't stop it. When we tried to reach the person at the phone number provided again, a recording said no one was available. The next day, VRBO messaged that this was due to the shift change at 11:00 p.m. It was freezing (59 degrees) in the room, so we had no choice but to leave and try to find a hotel. Our requests for a refund (4-day stay 559) were denied. VRBO did refund our 44 fee. Host declined and stopped responding to me.

Great place! We r3ad some of the reviews so we were smart and brought our own luggage rack. Definitely needs a hook in the bathroom to hang a travel toiletry bag

Great place to stay while in Chico

Great location. Clean and great communication. Very small and the garbage/recycling/laundry containers took up valuable space. Bathroom is gorgeous! Heater worked great! Only complaint would be the bed. We kept "falling" into the middle. Changed that and it would have been perfect.

Great Location

My husband and I stayed in Chico overnight on our road trip home from Washington State to Los Angeles. We wanted a place that was centrally located. This was the perfect place. It was only 5 blocks from downtown and had it not been pouring rain, we could have walked. The place was spacious enough for the two of us and quite comfortable for one night. The only thing missing was some hooks in the bathroom for night ware and a coat rack in the main room. Communication was easy. Would stay again if occasion arises.

Modern, clean, small apartment (kitchenette) detached from main residence. Great for me. Good for one night or one week. Two suggestions - 1 - larger or more accessible refrigerator and 2 - allow on site parking
