"Navigating the parking garage was a bit confusing. The free tickets for drinks at the bar expired when we tried to use them. Room was decent. Breakfast was decent."

"Everything, -room wasn't available after I had a confirmation - gave me a smaller room - insisted that I pay 20 for breakfast even though it was include in my booking on here - room wasn't clean wrapper found in then sofa bed, mirror was broken on the closet, the doors didn't slide -Plummer wasn't work had to hold the nob down so the toilet could flush -main entrance wasn't open due to construction which was not included in the booking -construction was done all night until 3am which caused us to get no sleep -someone put gum over our peephole which scared us because we can't see who is as coming to door - lastly the pool was closed as well which wasn't included in the booking Please advise the hotel to put under construction on their site, if we have known that we wouldn't have booked "
