"We visited the area to learn more about history, do some hiking, and have a couples get-away .. while still bringing our dog along with us. This was just perfect, we had everything we needed to feel right at home plus the fenced in yard was perfect for our pup to relax in as well. THANK YOU for your hospitality. "Overall, we had a great stay! There was plenty to do in the local area, and we especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The game room was a lot of fun—the ping pong table was a big hit for us adults; however, the foosball table would probably be more enjoyable for kids, as it is on the smaller side. We also appreciated the closet stocked with board games.One highlight of our trip was rafting with River Riders—highly recommend asking for Jeff as your guide! He was fantastic!The cabin was just as described in the listing. A couple of things to keep in mind: the walkway from the driveway to the front door is quite narrow and lined with large rocks, which made it a bit tricky for our older guests to navigate. Also, since the cabin is located on steep gravel mountain roads, it’s best to have a vehicle that can handle those conditions.Giving cleanliness 4/5 stars — the interior was clean, but the outside could have used a bit more attention.The host was great with communication—we were able to reach them day or night, and they were very responsive and helpful.All in all, a very enjoyable stay!"
