Clean, nice staff, and there was a nature trail behind the location and only one block away from the bridge that crosses over the Shenandoah River. Very close to the Harpers Ferry Park and only about 10 miles from Charles Town. I would stay again.

This is a nice clean and confortable hotel. The only area that I hoped was different was the lack of an elevator. I have knee problems, and climbing the stairs was somewhat of a challenge. Otherwise, nice hotel.

The perfect overnight escape. The room was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and featured an incredibly comfortable bed that made it hard to leave. We loved the intimate atmosphere, and the staff even surprised us with a thoughtful welcome amenity for our anniversary. The central location allowed us to easily walk to a romantic dinner downtown. We only stayed one night, but we left feeling completely refreshed—we will definitely be back

Mindy at the front desk was so friendly and helpful! We visited Harpers Ferry to begin our hike of the Appalachian Trail. She let us leave a few bags at the hotel so we wouldn't have to carry them on our hike, and when we came back sore and tired, she was nice enough to allow us to check in a bit early. The room had everything we needed and there's free breakfast and coffee. Do keep in mind that Uber and Lyft are hard to find in this area. The historic town of Harpers Ferry is a 20 minute walk away, but is totally doable.

The room was nice , Beds were comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good. Nice selection to choose from. Nice park right next to it to use. Downside there are 2 floors and no elevator. Other then that we enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here one night for a biz trip and was very pleased with the experience!! Quiet, clean, and a very comfortable bed. Tons of outlets available which was great because I had to tech check some gear and charge a bunch of batteries. They had a breakfast area but we did not have anything. Looked nice though. Historic downtown Harpers Ferry is a 4 min drive. We were able to spend 1.5hrs walking around and taking in some scenery. Beautiful town with lots of stores that were actually open on a Tuesday midday. Looking forward to visiting in the future with my family. Will definitely stay at this hotel again!!

What we didn’t like is that we didn’t know you had to carry your luggage up a flight of steps because they had no elevator. Since we are an older couple, they could have given us a room on the first floor.
