Upon arrival, no staff were present and the room was already occupied by two other guests due to a double-booking. The property was in a severe state of disrepair: the door was detached from its hinges, the walls were unwashed, and the bedding had significant biological stains and unwashed pillowcases. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The layout of the cottage was perfect as one of the guests uses a wheelchair to mobilise. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to keep clean . The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was beautiful . Thank you"
