Love the ambiance and interior in the hotels, cozy and relax. The special check in process explanation is amazing and love the scent makes me felt relax. Bringing my kid travel along, and she love it. Nearby Qibao ancient town and hotel located in a compound that has parent-child activities. Definitely will come back.

Truly a wonderful facility!!! My daughter and I stayed two nights and loved the room. It was clean, modern, architecturally interesting and did I mention sooo clean. The location was perfect to be part of the local community, parks, shopping mall and ancient town. We walked everywhere. The breakfast area and common areas were also so clean and interesting to be in. I highly recommend this facility.

Stylish hotel in Qibao, very good value for money

Stylish rooms in a former textiles factory, now part of an artisan workshop where you can buy nice local products. Breakfast varies every day. Some 30mins by metro from Shanghai downtown. Very good value for money yet a few things could be improved still, e.g. adding hooks near bathroom and teabags (next to very good drip coffee!). It's possible to opt out from changing bedsheets daily for environmental reasons, but it is equally unnecessary to change used towels every day. Please add this option too.

Nice hotel, bit far away from most things and the subway. Strong cirgerette smell if we didn't have the bathroom exhaust fans on. Room is not soundproof but property wasn't offensively noisy.

This is a new hotel. I love they have a phonograph in every room. Although the transportation is inconvenient, if you want a peaceful environment, you need to make a choice. Ride-hailing service can cover this, it is very common in Shanghai. There are few restaurant options nearby and the 24-hour convenience store will open soon.

第一天入住因熱水壺內有水垢［壺內蓋，壺內］換了一次。地板乾淨度6-7分。 第2天到退房，才發現客務清潔方面有點懶，也才發現原來我房是少了1-2樣標配［擴香石］--他們職員直到我講才發現客房阿姨沒給我。 沖水馬桶的提示標籤字太小。 早餐偶爾新鮮［沙拉菜，就最後一天最新鮮。比較多加工類食物：小香腸，飲品沒水，只有咖啡，橙汁，牛奶，紅茶。會有粥，油條，炒飯，炒韓國粉絲］ 職員很友善挺熱情，會聆聽你所說的問題，改善。 但我13號在這軟件問問題，我都去到上海2-3天才收到回覆。這感覺有點弱。。。
