I liked the atmosphere, the good and/or excellent service of the staff. Even though the skills of the english language were limited by some of the staff the smile and kindness made up for it. Nice memories for the journey of life.

Really nice hotel, very big rooms for Shanghai, the rooms are very clean and especially the bathroom was also very clean, 1 shower and 1 bathtub next a plenty of space. The staff was very firendly and helpful, but because a little out of the big streets I ahd to wait quite long for a Taxi in the morning. Breakfast was also okay , you get everything you need.

Great hotel, will probably come back

Perfect, the hotel was quite far from the metro station as expected and i was struggling with foot pain but it was fine, I was totally ready to pay for didi rides. Swimming pool was clean, we were basically 3 in the morning, water was not too cold. I also received great advices from the lifeguard. The gym looked decent too. The hotel was clean and the bed was very good. I could hear door slams sometimes but it was not noisy, overall.

아주 오래된 명문호텔이라 생각하면 될 곳입니다. 생각보다 old 하고, 생각하는 기준보다 조식이 약했습니다. 전반적으로 서비스가 약했단 생각입니다. 체크인이 오래걸렸고, 같은 스타일의 방 두개 예약이 25, 30층이라 가족간 머물기에 꽤 불편했습니다. 방 열쇠고리가 오래되고, 뜯었다 붙였다, 강제로 연 흔적까지 리뉴얼이 꽤 필요해 보였습니다. 벨보이와 식당의 친절도는 좋았으나, 시설의 미비를 커버하진 못합니다.
