駅近便利。それだけ。

ロケーションはいい。 朝食はそこそこ。ただし、従業員の態度が悪い。スマホばかりいじっており、てーぷるセッティングや食材の補充など全然行わない。 部屋の清掃は適当で清潔感はない。シャワーの水圧も弱い。ベッドは固く寝心地が悪い。

Bra läge men inte bekväma rum

Hotellets läge är jättebra. Det är slitna med gamla heltäckningsmattor. Första rummet var ett litet rum utan fönster och ej ingen air-condition fick byta till ett större men inte heller här air-condition.Verkigen behov av renovering.

좋은 위치, 적당한 가격의 호텔

최고의 위치에 영어가 가능한 직원이 상시 상주하고 있고 직원들도 친절한 편 입니다. 호텔 조식은 이용해보지 않아 평가할 수 없지만 호텔이 남경서로역 바로 위에 위치하고 있어 시내 한복판인 만큼 주변에 먹거리가 많아 호텔 레스토랑은 큰 평가 의미가 없을 것 같습니다. 숙박비는 시설에 비해서는 아주 조금 비싼 편이지만 위치가 좋아 숙박 기간 중 지하철이나 택시비에서 그만큼 절약되실겁니다. 한가지 가장 큰 단점은 방음이 잘 되지 않아 복도나 옆방의 말하는 소리 등이 너무 크게 들립니다. 하지만 이 호텔에 숙박하실 분들은 아마도 주변 쇼핑이나 관광으로 주로 밖에 계실테니 너무 걱정 안하셔도 될 것 같습니다.

Good hotel in a great location

The staff knew enough English to help as needed, and were very courteous. The location is terrific, across the street from the green underground line. It was a great way to get an introduction to Shanghai. I do wish they had maps of Shanghai available, and the electriicty went off in my room for half an hour as I was packing to leave, which created some pressure, but I was still pleased.

You are paying for LOCATION!

The hotel was located in a fabulous shopping district. It was just a 4 minute stroll to the US consulate. The room itself was tiny and HOT. You have to ask for a wifi router at the front desk. There isn't an extra fee, but you must ask for it. The bathroom was spacious, but the linens were tattered and torn. Honestly, if it weren't for the fact that it was in such an amazing location, we probably wouldn't have stayed.

호텔스닷컴을 이용한 예약 : 성인 2명, 조식포함. 이렇게 예약했지만 왠일인지 호텔에서는 1인만 조식이 가능하다고했습니다. 관련된 컴플레인을 진행하여 환불처리 해주시겠다는 응대에는 만족하나 현지에서 받는 당황스러움은 고스란히 고객의 몫이었습니다. 이건 호텔측과의 커뮤니케이션 문제인지 어떤지는 모르겠으나 분명 확실한 조치가 필요하다고 봅니다

Extremely bad front staffs attitude.

Hotel staffs are extremely rude and have no manner at all. Shanghai people are generally very courteous except this hotel staff. 1) Hotel concierge DID not bother to open the door while just standing near the door talking and kept talking to friends and fellow colleagues. Guests are usually transparent to them. 2) Hotel check-in staffs are the mother of all rudeness. They don't smile and they don't give u eye contact when they talk to you. I can speak 4 languages and Mandarin is one of my expertise. When you check with them the time to check out they just look at their things and simply say "before 12". Hotel room is big with some refurbishment but the problem is they fix some place new while others left is 20 years old. Bath tub is dirty and old (most probably 20 years old) with patches here and there. Toilet door as well, patches here and there. Worst of all, the hotel will kick u out of the Wifi (the day u check out) meaning from morning till 12 p.m u will not get any wifi. It is very obvious the top management should be sack and replace by some others that are serious in providing hospitality services. I think the PRC government should look at this. The top management including the front staffs should be replace in order not to tarnish the good Shanghainese reputation. They are just a bunch of disgrace to all Chinese. Shame on u all.

呆れ果てたホテル

昨年の３月末まで、２年半中国に赴任していて、出張で広州、黄色、寧波、上海、南京、蕪湖、襄陽などのホテルに泊まりましたが このホテには、過去に２度、宿泊し、イメージはそんなに悪く無かった為、３度目を予約しました。 今回の様な、怠慢なフロント接客員の対応と部屋の管理状態は、過去２度に比べ悪くなっており、全くもってガッカリです。 中国のバブル崩壊を受けて、予約の減少を避けるべく、客室料金の値下げなどによる影響なのか。接客教育されていない安い従業員を採用してサービスの対応が悪くなっているのでしょうね。 今回の他のクレーム内容 ①２人部屋の朝食付き宿泊を予約したが、予約条件は朝食付きは１人分だけという事が、朝食を食べにいってからわかった。予約画面にはそのような記述がないと 宿泊ホテルに直接とHotels.comに国際電話でクレーム交渉しましたが、双方とも、わ私達に落ち度がないのでホテルとHotels.comnに直接交渉して下さいとの、呆れ果てた回答でした。 ②客室内のコヒーカップに漂白剤の臭いが残ったまま。 ③コヒーカップのコヒーの綺麗に拭き取らてていない。 ④昨晩ビールを飲んだコップが、そのままでを洗っていない。 ⑤ベッドカバーが捲れたままでベッドｎ脚が、見ている。 食堂： ①殆どの食器が縁が欠けていて、欠けていないものを探すのが大変。 ②中国の朝食には、炒飯と炒麺お両方が置かれているが、一昨日は、炒飯のみ、今朝方は、両方ともなし。 野菜炒めは、不味くて食べられない。

최상의 위치에도 조용하고 깨끗했어요 특히 아침 뷔폐가 생각보다 다양하고 맛있었음.직원들도 친절했어요 부모님 모시고간 여행이였는데 매우 만족해 하셨구요 근처에 한국식당도있어서 하루는 김치찌개를 야식으로 먹었답니다 개인적으로는 가격대비 아주 만족 스러운 호텔이였어요 와이파이가 안된다고 되어있는데 호텔 무료 와이파이가 열려있어서 맘껏 사용했습니다^^ 강력추천하는 호텔!

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah an der NANJING LU und direkt am Boulevard der Wujiang LU...Top für viele Unternehmungen, Hotel prima bzgl.Zimmergröße,Ausstattung...Minus für Betten(total hart,echt), Klimaanlage morgens ausgeschaltet,WLAN nur in der Lobby, Personal an der Rezeption ist relativ uninteressiert,Frühstück m u s s man nicht haben(aufgepasst:bei Online booking ist pro Zimmer nur e i n Frühstück incl...der zweite Gast zahlt vor Ort!!!

交通至便！

地下鉄2号線の南京西路駅、4番出口からすぐの場所にある交通至便なホテルです。2号線は空港からのリニアの停車駅で乗りかえることが出来るため、その点でも便利です。 客室は普通です。ベッドの下にゴミが落ちていたりと清掃はいまひとつでしたが、移動には便利だったため、この料金であれば次回も利用するかと思います。

位置好但浴室設備要更新

位置近地鐵站口，非常方便。雙人房兩張大床，房間面積大。浴室設備要更新。浴缸漏水，並且浴缸外的排水渠不排水，令地面積水。房間的清潔度可提高。雖然訂雙人房，但只得一位包含早餐。住7樓非吸煙房，窗是磨砂玻璃，看不到風景有點失望。

利便性はバツグン

南京西路駅から至近でとても便利。両空港からも地下鉄２号線を使えば迷う事無く辿り着けます。ただ、宿泊した部屋がそうなのかわかりませんが、シャワーの出が最悪。チョロチョロとお湯が出る程度で全くシャワーにならず、ストレスが溜まってしまいました。全体的には清潔で、快適でしたが惜しい。。。

Excellent location but old facilities

My wife and me had 6 nights at thos hotel, which is very well located. When we arrived to the hotel and the attention was not the best, and also it was a surprise to have only 1 breakfast included (we were a couple). The room is good, but vey old fashioned and the bed matress is very hard. It is a good hotel considering the location, but the hotel has many things to improve.

나름 괜찮았습니다. 지하철역 바로 앞에 있어서 이동하는데 큰 불편함은 없었습니다. 다만 인터넷으로 예약을 했다고 해서 조식포함 2인 1실이였지만 조식 쿠폰은 한개 밖에 주지 않더라구요. 호텔조식도 나쁘진 않았습니다. 그냥 기본적인 음식이있었고, 조금조금 식단이 바뀌더라구요!^^ 그리고 계란을 바로 후라이 해줘서 맛나게 먹었었어요^^
