I stayed at the hotel for one night. The hotel is relatively new and the room was clean, large, and had a great view. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel is located close to the airport. The restaurant was also excellent. Overall, I was very happy with my stay.

Good for the price
The stay was good. Hard to find. 3 different hotels in same location. This one was in the back. The floor and room I had was "musty" smelling; Like a water damage smell. Not really bad, but bad enough to notice. The lobby smelled nice.

Nice clean friendly hotel
We stayed for one night as we’re catching flight next day. The hotel is very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived around 8pm in the evening n went to the Florence village for quick dinner. The area was plain nothing within walking distance as we chose this hotel for it’s easy access to the airport-10mins drive. The hotel facility was fine. Breakfast was easy.

Strange hotel
Airport transfer service is terrible for guests coming from the airport at night. Restaurant is closed by 9pm, only a tiny convenience store is available for hungry guests. Hotel is too big, corridors to guest rooms are lined with carpet that are not suitable to pull luggage along. Room numbers are not consecutive. Overpriced.

The hotel is new but it is in the middle of no where and not very convenient. You have to be shuttled in a buggy to move between buildings

This property is clean, and quiet. The wifi appears not to work, but the front desk explained that Google is not used in China. It was a great stay in a huge hotel.

The hotel is great and ideal for Pudong airport however I was woken up at 4.30 by some noisey Chinese residents who were shouting in the corridor for a good 30 minutes. Shame because I couldn't fault the hotel up until that point.

It only had a breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner was in another group owned hotel. We had to be taken by electric buggy. This was hard on my 87 year old mother.

Lovely hotel
Only stayed 5 hours as I had a long wait at the airport but a good price and really fancied staying overnight. Would definitely recommend The transport to the airport is only every couple of hours though

Convenient stay near the airport
We decided to find a place to stay for the night last minute as opposed to staying in the airport. We found this location convenient and for a good price. When we purchased we also were given a two hour additional late checkout (2PM!) from Hotels.com rewards program which was perfect after a long day at Disneyland. This is a very big hotel and located near a couple of others about 10 minutes from the airport. At first we were taken to another hotel which is somewhat similarly named (they all have Q in the title). But after that we found the correct one and were checked in right away. The rooms were large and clean and upon check in we let them know what time we would like to take the shuttle to the airport which was also included. They also let us know of breakfast which was offered but we unfortunately slept through that. Overall for a last minute stay this was a good find and is perfect if you need somewhere nearby the airport that includes some amenities like food and transportation.

Near the airport and it has free shuttle to disney. The staff was great. However very far from the city center and train station. No public transpo in the area, no stores and restaurants around.

Brand new oasis in Shanghai!
This is a brand new hotel (some of it was still being built) 5mins away from Shanghai Pudong Airport. We were in the wing that was being completed and it was well brand new, king sized bed, automatic curtains, spacious luxurious shower/bath, digital climate control. The service is excellent too, can't fault them at all at this they were just lovely, helpful and efficient. There were only 2 things which I have marked them down by and it can be solved. Being right next to the airport, the plane noise is loud at night, you can use earplugs like I did, however my gf doesn't use those and had a rough time. The other is that the other patrons unfortunately smoke in their rooms and leave the doors open which makes the place reek of cigarette smoke, our room was fine but when you stepped out in the hallway it was strong. This is not the hotels fault, they have non-smoking signs everywhere, unfortunately this is Shanghai. Being close to the airport it is an hour from Shanghai Nanjing St East - approx. RMB190-200. There is free airport shuttle so that's a perk. The food selection and breakfast buffet is excellent. You get everything you want to eat. Just like to thank these guys for their great service.

This is a new hotel, hence it does not come up on GPS yet. Hence the reviews here are such, but hotel is new and rooms were very nice for a good price. Also near to airport which was a plus. Q-Box and Primus Hotel is the same. Q-Box sign is not clearly mention on the entrance so it can be little confusing for people to find Q-Box.

New stylish hotel near Pudong Airport
The hotel is brand new, with a quit big room very stylish designed. Stuff was also very friendly. Hourly free shuttle to the airport was available. Everything fine with the exception far from city centre.

Poor Customer Service, and Completely Inflexible
I can't recommend this new hotel, as they are completely inflexible and showed poor customer service. I booked a two night stay. When I arrived at the hotel, I learned that my departing flight was cancelled and rescheduled to the next day. As a result, I only needed one night, not two. I asked for a refund for the second night, and they refused. I then asked for a credit for the second night, that I could use when I returned to Shanghai the following month. They refused that, too. And the hotel was nearly empty, so my reservation clearly did not prevent them from booking rooms to other people, as they had plenty of rooms. They said that they'd ask the manager to see if they could give me a refund or credit, but they never responded. They had a chance to earn some goodwill from a customer. Instead they should themselves to be completely inflexible, despite my travel plans changing for reasons outside my control.

Great hotel close to the airport
The hotel was beautiful and very well kept. The rooms were well appointed however the rooms were very warm. We were only able to turn down the air condition slightly. We eventually had to open a window. The staff was amazing and there were a couple of staff that spoke English. We were only there for one night but would recommend this hotel. On a side note, they have a shuttle from the airport. You're going to have to ignore all of the Hawkers at the airport trying to tell you that there is no shuttle or that you need a taxi. They are very persistent. Just call ahead of time and make arrangements for the pickup.

Surprisingly nice hotel, low cost. quiet location
Appears that the hotel is still being completed but what is available is very nice - great value. Make sure to keep note of how to get here - shuttles are nice...you may need to arrange pickup. Rather opulent compared to what I was expecting - great view, nice room, quiet location, very helpful staff. note: Qube hotels is on the front side, Q-box is further back, Greenland hotel is also in the group of buildings

Good hotel for a flight layover
Extremely helpful staff. We booked a room with a balcony but received a standard room. Not a great deal to do in the area, taxis needed.

The hotel was good, but you should have better transportation indications from the airport to the hotel because we never found it and we needed to take a taxi.

Very average stay
Nowhere near anything - new hotel next a few others a 50Y taxi ride from the airport. My taxi got lost getting there and it took the front desk 5 calls for them to answer the phone. Once I arrived I see why - the front staff at reception were so slow in doing anything and really didn't care. Room clean - Breakfast was way below average. You really get what you pay for...at least there was a free shuttle back to the airport in the morning to get outta there!

Great experience! Very clean rooms and friendly staff. They also have good breakfast if you like chinese style food. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice modern hotel close to Pudong airport
We had a layover in Shanghai and decided to try Q Box . Beautiful rooms , and peaceful grounds. The breakfast was fantastic. We took the complimentary shuttle to the airport the next morning. I’ve already booked again on our way out of Shanghai.

I was in shanghai for a 22 hour layover and am so glad I decided to stay here. The hotel sent a bus to pick me up at the Pudong airport (even though it was midnight) and they brought me to the hotel. The staff, rooms, and overall quality of the hotel was excellent, it is brand new and apparently opened two months ago. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The next morning, they had a delicious complimentary breakfast and had another complimentary bus take me back to the airport. If I’m in shanghai again I will definitely stay here!

ホテル自体は広くて綺麗な印象を持ちます。ですが、まだまだ不完全といった感じで、部屋には冷蔵庫も無く、空調も全然設定温度になりません。何よりwifi完備と書いてあるのに、接続されても全くネットに繋がりませんでした!これは本当に残念でした。部屋によって冷房の効きも違うようで、友人の部屋は涼しかったのですが、自分の部屋は日中になると冷房をつけていても汗ばむくらいでした。スタッフはいい人も居ましたが、基本的には感じ悪かったです。無駄に広いだけで、コインランドリーなど必要な設備も全然ありません。これから整えて行くのか?本当に期待外れなホテルでした。
