Old Hotel with Hard to Request Airport Shuttle

An old hotel close to Pudong airport. You have to call to request a free airport shuttle. Hotel staff does not respond via Hotels.com chat. Ok breakfast but dining room does not have a great setup. Nice bed and bathroom.

They did have a free airport shuttle which was nice. Check in was easy and the receptionist was helpful. The condition of the hotel was bad. There were stains on the floor. There was a bad odor in the hotel. I would not stay again even though it was just over night.

Over all, it is a nice place to stay overnight with a reasonable price. The only thing unpleasant was the wechat ID that provided by expedia for picking up never work. Therefore, we have to call Taxis to go to the hotel from the airport.

沒有旅遊资料可以供给客人 问也是沒有用。寄傳行李 沒有先给我们單張证明 , 更沒有人证明 有多少行李寄存在酒店寄存。有關 Check Out, 第一天职员說了一个時间可退房, 第四晚 另一职员说早了一小時, 令到我们即時改变了 最后一天行程 又改了 的士司机約会的時间。 改動了樓宇裝修 工程后 複式房子內的木梯 令我們 受傷了, 頭撞傷了！！

직원분들이 너무 친절하게 대해 주셔서 좋았습니다. 이름은 알지 못하지만 야간에 프런트데스크에서 근무하신 여자직원분들 2명... 제가 이것저것 문의드려 힘드셨을텐데 대응 잘해주셔서 감사합니다. 조식 메뉴에 조금 더 신경쓰셨으면 좋겠고 칫솔등이 없었지만 숙박비를 생각하면 충분히 이해가 되고 만족스러운 호텔입니다. 시설은 리모델링을 해서 최신식입니다. 그리고 주위에 여러 식당과 편의점이 있습니다. 지하철역과는 3~4Km 정도 떨어져 있으며 셔틀버스 운행합니다. 다음에 또 상해에 가게되면 재숙박할 생각있습니다.
