Good location (shops, restaurance, cathedral church, metro : all not far). Good connection to all important places by metro. Good breakfast (enough wide choice). Clean and enough big room. A little far from Pudong Airport.

Very conveniently located in Xujiahui commercial district of Shanghai, adjacent for Metro station for Lines 1, 9 and 11, and 10 minute walking distance to Line 10 Metro station; and 15 minutes from downtown va Line 1; professional English speaking staff; excellent buffet breakfast; very reasonably priced high-end hotel. For a 4-5 star hotel at the center of Xujiahui, this offers a great value. The hotel staff is professional. The rooms are kept in a great condition. The breakfast is superb. My only suggestion is that the sitting area in the lobby could be expanded

Pro - Great location, easy access to public transportation. Good restaurants all over the area. Good house keeping. Con - No hand lotion was provided. When asked, the service department told us that they only provide executive room with hand lotion. That is pretty pathetic. An excuse I have never heard in my life. In addition, the front desk staff could use a little more smile. Since this hotel was previously owned by the local government, they are not used to smile.
