가성비 좋은 호텔

호텔 피트니스시설도 좋고 출장지와 가까워서 좋으나 주변이 다 회사라 그부분이 아쉬웠습니다. 조식은 나쁘지도 좋지도 않은 정도입니다.

何故ここにホテルが？？

何となく酷くはないですが、余りにも客が少ない、夜の食事をするにも付近にレストランなく、タクシーで10分以上掛かる、ホテルの中には中華でもない、洋食でもない、日本料理でもないイタリー麺、サンドイッチ、焼き飯、など10種類くらいしかないメニュー。ピークタイムの午後7時半頃にレストランの客は我々2人だけ。従業員は親切で痛々しい、「最近オーナーが変わった、我々は一生懸命」と言うが「明日早朝に空港に行くには？」と聞けば「タクシーしかない」空港に比較的近いから選んだホテルなのにシャットルバスもない。これで1万２千円は我々客が可哀そう。

明城大酒店違いで間違えて予約してしまいましたが、ホテルは外観も部屋も非常に綺麗でグッド。 だが、周りに繁華街や店も何もない。 受付は中国語しかわからず、フィットネスの受付も中国語しかわからず、笑顔もなかったので、スマイルのアドバイスをする始末。空港に近いとのことでしたが、６５元と結構距離あり。綺麗でよいとは思いますが、繁華街からも遠く、立地からしてもう宿泊することはないでしょう。

在晚上10時入住,已有客入在登記, 職員效率不高,等了很久才做登記,職員說港澳回鄉證不行, 要護照,解釋了一會才成功登記。 房間很大,但浴缸水龍頭流水很慢, 最後唯有用蓮蓬頭。

バスタブとシャワールームが別々に配置されていました。 バスは空調が強力なせいか眼鏡もタブレットも曇らず、ゆったり浸かりながらネットサーフィンすることが出来て快適でした。 照明が全体的に暗い事を除けば大満足です。 コンビニ（ファミマ）も近くにあるため、不便もありませんでした。

We arrived at this hotel & were told that we could not have the room that we had requested & paid for & instead was offered a room with 2 single beds. I was told that wot if would call me & im still waiting. It's disappointing that you advertise & accept payments for rooms that don't exist. Last experience of Wotif for me !!!!!

口コミを信じて予約しましたが、最悪！

ホテル自体は、問題がない。まず一番にアクセスが最悪！浦東空港から30kmはある。口コミでは6kmで15分？嘘です！皆さん気をつけて下さい！タクシーでも40分は掛かり正規メーター160元はいる。おまけに、地図からの判断で浦東空港から地下鉄2号線の二つ目の最寄り駅で下車。ところがタクシーはない！白タクシーの運転手が改札口で声を掛けて来て交渉と言う中国スタイル。100元を60元まで値切り交渉成立、中国人が同行してたので可能だった。ホテル周辺は流しのタクシーはないと 思って下さい。但しホテルから予約は可能。ホテル入口に日系コンビニがあり、非常に助かる。ホテルフロントマンは英語が 少ししか通じない。特に早朝深夜は要注意が必要！

Located a food desert in an industrial park

The value of Gardenview hotel is primarily its close distance to Pudong airport. The hotel is isolated from any amenities and located in an industrial park. During my stay, the only hotel cafe was closed for renovation, leaving only one option for food, local Chinese restaurant a short walking distance, which was also closed, (open only during business hours) leaving a small convenience store as the sole supply of food and water if we didn't care for an hour drive to city center.

Nice room and good value but bring your own food.

Very removed from any city center. Restaurant in hotel was closed during my stay so guests directed down street to Chinese restaurant, only option for food in the area. That restaurant only open Monday to Friday during business hours.

張江ハイテクパーク利用者には便利なホテル

「浦東空港から近い」というコメントにより宿泊してみた。確かにタクシーで20分程度ではあるが、張江ハイテクパークに用事がない限り周囲には何もないし、不便な立地。ホテルは割と豪華な造りだが、メンテが行き届いていない。利用者の多くはハイテクパーク出張者と思われる。料金とのバランスは良い。 ホテルへのアクセス、特にタクシーの利用には要注意。ホテルからはタクシーを呼んでもらえるので問題はない。

I will not recommend Gardenview Hotel to anyone.

I stayed gardenview hotel over night. I believe it was my only night styed there. That was not a convenience airport hotel, and I don't think it is a good business hotel either. They don't provided airport shuttle bus at all. It take about 20 mins from airport to Gardenview Hotel by taxi through highway. It spend about 70RMB(including the highway fee) each way. They need my 300RMB deposit when I check in, even I already paid with my credit card in advance. They talk about extra spending.There is nothing around the hotel, no restaurants, no shops. You have to eat in the hotel. I don't know the lunch and dinner there. The breakfast was not good, not a lot choose either. The room was ok. But, they only provided bodywash and shampoo in the bathroom, no hair conditional, no body lotion. The wifi only work in the lobby, 0 signal in room. Because I got a good price with breakfast a night, and my next day flight was in the afternoon, I tried it one night. I had to say that was very bad choose. Sorry, I have to say: I will not recommend Gardenview Hotel to anyone.

가든뷰 호텔-합리적인 가격과 만족스러운 호텔

출장지와 아주 가까운거리라는 잇점외에는 시내중심가와 거리가 상당히 멀다. 호텔 자체의 서비스와 룸컨디션은 아주 훌륭함. 조식이 중간수준이었음

Good hotel! Close to Pudong airport.

Good hotel. Comfortable room. They have a western restaurant. The hotel staff had a taxi waiting for me to go back to the airport. Nice of them :) The only draw back is that the hotel is a bit in a remote area.

Really nice hotel. Not an airport hotel.

Overall this is a very nice hotel. It's not an airport hotel which was mentioned in some reviews. It was about 20-25 minutes away...so no airport shuttle. There are many private vans that will try take you there. We had a lot of luggage that they said wouldn't fit in a cab. They tried to charge 450 RMB - though from reading the reviews I knew a taxi was about 80 RMB. I kept walking to other services and settled on 250 RMB which I still know was a rip off. Just as an FYI, we had 3 suitcases and 4 carry-ons...it did fit in a taxi on the way back to the hotel. It was around 80 RMB But the address was a bit confusing for the drivers and no one was quite sure where it was located. Anyhow, the hotel was very nice and modern. The rooms were beautiful and quite comfortable. The main issue was that the internet was terrible. I am quite tech savy and couldn't get the internet to work on my laptop. I am not even sure what is around the area...but while this is a very nice hotel, for a short layover, you may just want to consider something closer. If there's nothing decent available then I highly recommend.

空港近くで宿泊するなら良い

浦東空港までタクシーで15分程度。建物も新しく、全室スウィートルームだと思います。 建物、部屋の広さなど申し分ないです。空港近くでホテルを探すならおすすめです。ただ上海市内や浦東の外灘地域からは離れているので、本当に宿泊するだけの目的ならＯＫです。言葉は中国語か英語しか通じないです。

あまりすすめない

まず、予想以上遠いです。高科技園区というとろこで周りなにもないです。タクシーもあまりとらないで外出が大変でした。朝、スタッフに頼んでタクシーを呼んでもらったが、フロントすごく込んでました。タクシーが別のお客様にとられてしまい、不快でした。しかも渋滞がひどくて朝が大変でした。しかも、日本と違ってキーカードを渡してもすぐチェックアウトができなくて部屋のチェックもあります。さらに、チェックインのとき、300元の内金が取られて、チャックアウトの時、返還されたが、時間がかかります。 そして、結構きれいなところです。部屋も結構快適だったが、お風呂の下水口は問題がありまして直してもらったけど、お風呂あがってまだ下水しなくなってしまいました。スタッフを呼ぶ時、すごく嫌そうな顔をされました。「めんどうくさい」とつぶやきながら入ってきました。でもフロントのスタッフがとても丁寧で優しかったでよかったですが、荷物を運ぶ人がうろうろしていて手伝ってくれなかったです。（結構重い荷物持っていますが）びっくりしました。夜勤の人はさらに態度がよくないです。
