The staff were very helpful, and the hotel was well-kept. The rooms feature individual ductless air conditioners, which will be familiar to people from a lot of places around the world.

Perfect location in Shanghai. 2 min walk to the nearest subway entrance. 4 min walk to the Bund. Room was small but very comfortable, quiet, and the blackout curtains are great. Good pillows. Overall great value for the money.

The staff was amazing super friendly, I was having issues with Alipay and they take physical card payment for anyone having issues. The entrance is a little sketch but rest assured I’ve gotten at different times during the day and it’s safe to say the area is safe and super convenient in location. Walking distance to everything. I would definitely stay again.

This small hotel is brilliantly located just behind the famous Peace Hotel on The Bund. I can't imagine a better place as a base for Shanghai sightseeing.

Very well situated hotel at Metro East Nanjing Road. Nice clean and very modern well equipped rooms. Only downside: Bed is a (comfortable) mattress on the ground.

One of the best location in Shanghai, hotel is renovated from old Shanghai city building, so not so fancy outside and even difficult to find. I stayed there for Shanghai Marathon and it is super close to the start point: Shanghai Bund. You can easily go to Nanjing Road or take a metro.

It is a very good hotel if you want to combine comfort and authentic experience. It is located in a traditional Chinese alley, however, rooms are clean, spatious, and convinient. 3 min walk from subway, 3 minutes walk to Suzhou Creek, 10 min walk to Bund. A lot of food options around. From fruits to convinience stores to traditional Chinese food. Quality bedding and towels. Friendly and helpful staff

Easy walk going around

The hotel in an alley accessible through Ningbo street, about 2 minutes from the East Nanjing metro su way exit 6 (Line2 and 10). Felt safe as it was in the same alley of Waitin police station (i think). Easy walk to the Bund and Nanjing East shopping street. We found the hotel clean, AC air smelled clean. Happy that they provided drinking water in the rooms and basic toiletries.

Nice place to stay, very well located.

This place is very well located, just 3 minutes walking from Metro station line 2, or East Nanjing road. 10 minutes to the Bund. The area around at first looks not very good but I never felt unsafe. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel. Staff is friendly. The room is what you see in the pictures, small and clean, with a small fridge which is very convenient. Good AC.They provide water daily. The window is a joke! not sure if "city view" rooms have a better view but in my room it was very small window to the backyard. Good internet access via wifi. I would stay again.
