由於晚機到上海，3個月前預訂要求要24:00才可以入住，點知出發前一天才電郵回覆不能安排。在出發前要慌忙訂另一間酒店，令我們很狼狽。 房間設備還可以的，樓下花園很大，拖著行李箱走得很辛苦才到房間 附近有很多餐廳

安全、安靜舒適大公寓

我們住了約六日，整體說房間很大間，有各樣設施，算是不錯的公寓，適合長天期入住，有幾個缺點需要改進 1.報到櫃台不好找，沒有招牌，晚上9點後沒有人值班，2.電器容易跳電，玩上找不到人修理，白天修理倒是很快就來。沒暖氣時，冬天外面溫度零下會很冷 3.洗衣機對一個家庭來說太小，烘衣機老舊無法烘乾衣服，對於需要長天期入住者，有點不方便‧。對於有需要入住證明報到後需要提早告知櫃台，需要幾天工作時間才可提供。離地鐵有一段距離需步行約15分鐘，有行李就比較不方便。社區外附近有各種銀行，證券公司，郵局，便利商店，社區內還有超市營業到晚上11點，算是相當方便。

대가족인 경우 합리적인 숙소로 추천

성인3명과 아이하나가 묶었습니다. 함께 지낼 공간이 필요했는데, 정말 딱 좋았어요 분위기도 괜찮고, 밝습니다. 방3개, 식당, 거실, 부엌, 화장실 2개 부엌에도 왠만한 살림살이는 다 갖춰져 있습니다. 전자렌지도 있고요 - 주변환경: 아파트 단지 안에 위치한 곳이라 산책로가 많고 조용한 편입니다. 출근시간 빼고요, 자전거도 2대가 있어서 주변에 커피나 마트 가기 좋고.. IFC몰은 걸어서 15분정도로 가까운 편입니다. - 위생상태: 아쉬운 점은 방에 딸린 화장실이 워낙 낡았고, 더러운 편이었습니다. 어매니티가 있으나..퀄리티가 떨어져서 전혀 쓰지 않았어요 부엌도 칼은 위생상태가 좋지 않았습니다. 방이 오랫동안 비어있었던 것 같고 정수기가 있으나 (물통째 꽂아쓰는) 오래되 보여 쓰지 않았습니다. 시트에도 먼지가 많았고, 제일 작은 방은 음침한 느낌이라 쓰지 않았습니다. - 위치: 처음에 방문했을때 경비아저씨도 그렇고 제대로 로비의 위치를 알려주는 사람이 없었습니다. 간판도 없어서 찾기가 어려웠습니다. 이 숙소는 아파트 단지 안에 있고, 전화해서 직원이 데리러 왔고, 바로 방에서 체크인해서 이건 편리했습니다. 가든뷰로 묶었는데, 리버뷰로 하면 황푸강이 보였을 것 같습니다. 숙소에서 푸동 유명건물들이 보이고 가깝습니다. 화장실이 아쉽지만 장기숙박이나 여럿이서 간다면 추천합니다

設施完善的小區 江景房 景色優美 很有居家風味的房間

很棒的小區 是樓管管理的 第一次CHECK IN 一定要有大陸電話 不然不好找 服務員非常熱情 小區設施完善 房內的設備也很齊全 但是狀況不那麼優 前台很快幫忙處理 並且幫我們升等 烤箱會跳電 洗衣機有點漏水 烘衣機烘不乾 但是有些狀況有反應後第二天很快處理 很適合居家的環境 小區內有室內外游泳池 室內游泳池的水溫偏低 有幾個戶外遊戲區 還有沙坑區 小朋友很喜歡 室內兒童遊樂區設備損壞嚴重 未修繕 小區圖書館書滿多的 適合小朋友 小區距離陸家嘴一公里 走路沿著江邊就可到 要坐渡輪到浦西也在小區旁邊 附近有很多小吃 餐廳 小區內有超市 價格略高 但是方便 小區外邊也有全家便利商店 有銀行 各種機能都方便 兩線的地鐵 也不遠 很適合我們帶小小孩一起來的 下次還會再來

Aquaspace has serviced apartments within Yanglor Gardens gated community. The apartment was clean and reasonably well kept even though wear-and-tear comes through in some places. The Aquaspace staff is friendly and solves most problems. IT (wifi/TV) was however a recurring issue. The Clubhouse has gym and indoor pool and the small shop has a good selection of groceries. Overall the best feature was the stunning view overlooking the river and the Puxi skyline.

Convenient serviced apartment in the heart of Pudo

Firstly, the reception was a bit hard to find at 10pm in the cold, wet rain...but the lady came quickly when we called and got us to the apartment. The complex that this apartment is in has convenience store, cafe, kids playground and area to walk around. There are plenty of foreigners to talk to and get tips from - you just need to go to the clubhouse. It is really close to the ferry to go over to The Bund and main city of Shanghai. And it is a short walk to the amazing tall buildings around Pudong eg. Pearl Tower, Shanghai Tower etc The apartment was nice and clean, very large three bedrooms, much more room than a hotel room and more affordable if you have kids. We liked it and would stay again in our next trip to Shanghai

역까지의 거리는 다소 멀어서 불편하였지만 근체에 파리바게트, 대형 슈퍼등이 있고 취사가 가능하여 가족여행에 적합한 아파트형 호텔임. 관광객보다는 주민이 많아 조용한 휴식을 취할 수 있었음.

高級マンション

本当に普通のマンションの1室を借りる形式。お向かいさんや上下の部屋には上海市民が普通に暮らしている。 3 Bed Room、リビング＋ダイニング、キッチン、バスルーム２つ、バルコニーからなり、日本人の感覚からするとかなり広い。部屋も清潔で、備品（大型TV、冷蔵庫、調理器具、備え付け家具）も必要にして十分。自転車まである。 最寄駅は2号線 東昌路か、9号線 商城路。距離はどちらも同じくらい。『アクアスペース』と言っても誰も知らないので、タクシーには敷地の名称である『仁恒浜江園』と言った方がわかりやすいと思われる。 3泊したが、ルームクリーニングに来たのは2日目のみ。3日目は日曜だったからなのか、昼間留守にしていたからなのかクリーニングが来なかった。リネン類交換を含めて毎日クリーニングして欲しい場合は、チェックインの時に確認した方がよい。 総合的には次第点。

I booked AquaSpace out of convenience as it is located near my family who are living within the same apartment complex. The apartment itself was quite clean and indeed convenient as it was only a few floors above my family however there were a few problems that should be looked into. 1) Address- the address is listed at 99 Pucheng road which in fact is only the front gate of the compound and gives no indication where the Aquaspace check in location is. Had I not lived in Yanlord Gardens before or was not able to communicate in Chinese when speaking to the gate guards, I would have never been able to know where the check in is . Also as the Aquaspace office is located on the 2nd flor of the clubhouse that is in the middle of the compound with no road access, had I been carring a large suitcase it woukd have been very difficult to drag around 2) Since my 2 children were to spend the evening with me, I had specifically requested that there was enough bedding for 1 adult king size 1 extra bed and 1 cot which was not there when I arrived 3) When my kids wanted to watch a DVD, we could not find the DVD player until after an intensive search where it was located unplugged from the TV. That did not help much though as the TV was broken. As it was after 9pm when we discovered this problem, there was no one on site to help I do hope that something will be done to improve what I have commented on

Christmas 2013 (not your regular hotel)

We chose this hotel for its location being close to the Huangpu river and the ferry to the Bund.This hotel is in an apartment complex. What needs to be stated on the reservation/hotel info, is the concierge is INSIDE the Aqua restaurant and the check in time ends at 9pm or when the restaurant closes. There is no ability to check in beyond the restaurant closing time, since there is no access to the concierge. There was a letter posted on the restaurant sign with steps to contacting someone to let us into our suite, however if you do not have a cell phone that works in China (which we did not) it becomes difficult. Once we figured out where exactly in the complex, of many buildings, our hotel room/suite was, things went smoothly. This hotel should be reserved for long term stay. The management company running it should give more information when booking this hotel. It truly is NOT a hotel, but rather an apartment/condo rental complex. It is probably best for business trips, or those looking to move to Shanghai but have yet to find a place of residence.

Perfect family hotel

Aquaspace had plenty of space for my family of 4. Very nice and clean rooms and the boys were happy they could watch TV in english. Hard for taxi to find but once we got there it was easy to direct the taxi into the complex. Down side was that both pools were closed while we were there. Wish we could have stayed at Aquaspace longer.

ホテルに飽きた人にはいいかも

立地は完璧です。タクシーもすぐ拾えるし買い物もすごく近い。家族子供含む5人で滞在しましたが、ベットルームが3部屋あり、リビングも広くて快適です。上海に住む疑似体験が出来ます。難点としては最初に手続きするフロント的な場所が見つけられないことです。結構探しました。やっと見つけたのですが、コミュニケーションが取れておらずチェックインに手間取りました。
