"Lovely hotel, in a stunning beachfront location, with a private beach. Wonderfully attentive staff throughout the hotel, in particular Anna who worked around the pool, and in the restaurant in the evenings was fabulous. The buffet options in the main restaurant were pretty good for breakfast and dinner. And the other restaurants - which you pay extra for, had truly delicious food.. in all of them as. Despite the hotel being full, it never felt busy. Evening entertainment could be better, the singer we saw a couple of times unfortunately was not the best. All in all a fantastic stay!"

"The hotel was very clean, and all the staff were 1st class, even up to the manager, who takes time to ask guests if there are any problems. The only problem we had was the booking of the specialist restaurants, you were expected to book them via an app, this didn't work, had to argue with reception about booking a meal, after only being 9.30 & 10.00pm, not ideal when you are 75 yrs old, but after speaking to the concierge, who was very helpful and got us earlier times, it is not a problem you need when you arrive on holiday. Hopefully this problem will be sorted out and add to the good hotel / holiday experience "

"Lovely hotel close to Rethymno old town (about a 15 minute walk). Staff were friendly and happy to help. The hotel was very modern which we liked and the pool was a good temperature and great for when it was hot during the day. Would recommend if your planning to go to Rethymno "

"An amazing and luxurious hotel. All rooms have balconies with sea view. Clean room, clean and well maintained hotel facilities. In front of the hotel there is a small and rocky beach. The city and the beaches are 3 km away"

"Loved the waterpark esp for our son. Also the buffet for dinner was excellent, though the a la carte restaurants not so much. The room was spacious and clean with no carpet on the floor. Staff were excellent too, professional but friendly. The only thing missing was a bidet in the bathroom."

"Peaceful and gorgeous nature at its best. This was was my first time in Greece and this property will have me coming back for years. The property and beach are gorgeous. Everything is well maintained. The bubgalow room was spacious for two people. We didnt do the all inclusive but ate on the property a few times. Breakfast wasnt good but the Taverna had good and reasonably priced options. Kostas at the front desk was Amazing. He helped arrange rides, offered great suggestions and was super accommodating. I felt he wanted us to have a good trip. Loved the location . Walkable area with great food options and shops, super close to town and there is a bus stop right out front. You could stay on the property and have a great vacation or go out and explore. I can't wait to come back!"

The staff are amazing too, so friendly and accommodating. New addition to the hotel from last year is the rooftop pool and bar… great for sunsets "
