They were also very accommodating when I arrived late for dinner—allowing me to dine in their restaurant even though they were close to closing and I didn’t have a reservation. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also appreciated that they provided convenient transportation to the city center. "An absolute gem of a hotel. About 20-30 minutes on the bus from the centre. Oh and the bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the front door. Every member of staff was just lovely - nothing was too much trouble. My only negative is the steep staircase to get from the front door to the reception. Hard work with a heavy suitcase. "

"Excellent place to stay in Florence. The site has everything we needed - nice restaurant, good shop and a swimming pool. The is a frequent and cheap bus into town at the entrance to the site. We stayed in a bungalow and it was perfect for two people in a lovely large bed with a nice outside seating area."
