The villa even upgraded our room free of charge to a gorgeous room with a view, because the day we checked in was my mom and my birthday! We felt like princesses and enjoyed every minute of our stay. "The accommodation was nice, but checking in/speaking to reception took ages because of a lack of staff. It took 2 requests to get an extra pillow because they only provided 3 pillows for the two of us. The main issue, though, was the wifi. It didn't work on my laptop, even when I created a new account with a different email address. It kept telling me to reset my password to access the internet, even after I just had. I emailed support about it and didn't hear back."
