- Welcome to Seyne in our warm house, in the heart of the Alpes de Haute Provence, very close to the Lake of Serre-Poncon.
Ideal for families or stays with friends, it can accommodate up to 8 people.
The house opens onto a south-facing terrace, a wooded plot of more than 300 m2, a stream that will bring you freshness and the pleasant sound of the water. The coolness inside the house, even in the middle of a heat wave, will allow you to recharge your batteries.
You have a parking space for 2 vehicles just in front of the house.
You can enjoy a variety of activities: hiking, cycling, a municipal swimming pool, a children's playground. Local shops are available in the village (intermarché, bakery, butcher, newsagent, market, bars and restaurants).
The cosy house of 100 m2 is built on 2 floors.
Downstairs you will find:
- the living room: TV corner and reading area
- the dining room
- the kitchen: oven, microwave oven, fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle
- 1 bedroom with a double bed 140 and a storage cupboard
- a bathroom bathroom (bath)
- separate toilet
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. 2 with a double bed in 140 + storage space and the third with 2 beds in 90 with storage space as well.
Sheets, towels and hygiene products (shampoo and shower soap) are provided.
