"A wonderful experience overall. Eric was most hospitable and gave us the best room possible on the top floor. We were very pleased with our tay, especially for the price point. Pro tip. Get the parking included in your room, you will save money and are guaranteed a spot. The location is a 10 min walk to Pike Place and all shopping downtown. Many fabulous restaurants all within minutes from the hotel. "

"Ok for the cheapest room. Bed ok, fridge and microwave worked. No working cable.shower was good. But someone’s underwear was hang8ng in the bathroom,…from desk service was cordial and thorough."

"Parking was easy but expensive, which is to be expected in Seattle. The hotel was fine for our needs. The thermostat wasn’t working properly but we were there for 2 nights and worked around the problem. An elevator was out of service which made wait times a little longer but again, not a huge inconvenience. We didn’t eat at the restaurants in the hotel because there are endless choices around. The staff were welcoming and checkin was quick and easy. We’ll be staying again next month for Phantom of the Opera, so we’ll see how the second time goes. Overall, no complaints about the hotel. "

"The space was clean and bright and accommodated our party of 6 very well. Had everything that we needed for our stay. You do have some stairs to get to the main level and again to the bedrooms so that might be something to take into consideration if you have mobility issues. The location was very close to the Beacon Hill transit station so getting to and from the airport was quick and easy. "
