"The room was clean and comfy and exactly what we needed for an unfortunate stay (close to St. Elizabeth for a doctor visit). But it felt better than staying in a hotel. We already booked our stay for a couple of weeks from now for a follow up! Their outdoor common area is wonderful! And the staff is so welcoming!"

"We went down for breakfast at 830 and there was hardly anything left...no eggs, sausage, yogurt, one piece of toast so we shared it. Also there were about a dozen other people that came about the same time so they didn't get anything either."

"Very noisy right outside my room as there was a group of men talking (loudly- they were drinking) right outside my room. Very hard to sleep through it!"

"Loved the hotel and its amenities. Great bar and restaurant inside and all the usual touches you’d expect from a Graduate property. Our room was very spacious with lots of storage space and the bathroom was great too. Comfy bed! Check in was good but any other time we went to reception including to check out, the member of staff couldn’t care less, didn’t ask how our stay was or anything! Just not used to this in the US!"

"Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Issues i had to contend with included the television remote control did not work. I assume the batteries were dead. Also, the internet was shotty at best. When I was able to access the internet, it was very slow. About 80% of the time I wasn't able to access it at all. I would stay there again due to its location to downtown work activities and social activities. the hotel was clean and inviting, and parking was close."

"For $90 a night they could do better. The lady was nice at the front desk. The first room they put us in the door was open and the lights were all on and the floor was dirty. She did change our room. The next room stunk horribly. The bedding was clean? But also had an odor to where I slept on my coat which I had to air out in the morning. The towels also had am odor to them. "
