"We LOVED our stay at Chalet Christine. The hotel has a perfect unimpeded view of the lake and mountains, creating a zen relaxing experience, and the pool and jacuzzi add to the relaxing vibe. Breakfast was perfect, the room was gorgeous and comfortable. Elodie at the check-in desk was incredibly kind and friendly, she gave us great advice on what to do around the lake and helped us get reservations at an amazing restaurant. I hope to come back soon! "This hotel is lovely and well located. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the old town and has a lovely Boulangerie in the lobby which is a great alternative to their daily breakfast if you don’t want to attend the buffet.
Staff are nice and accommodating and the hotel is clean, well maintained and quiet.

"An absolutely stunning hotel in an incredible location. The rooms and interiors are beautiful, and the setting on the lake is breathtaking — just a picturesque 40-minute walk along the water into town.
The spa was wonderful, and although the weather at the end of September meant we couldn’t fully enjoy the outdoor pool, the facilities were excellent.
What truly stood out was the service: the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely fantastic throughout our stay.
A true 5-star experience from start to finish — we will definitely be returning!"

"Everything was fine, just a small problem starting the heating. Thanks to Alexandre for coming quickly to help me. The restart attempt was not very conclusive. A technician was supposed to come the next day. During the night the heating started up again and unblocked itself. Otherwise, good stay, perfect place. It's true that this system lacks relationships and human contact. The key handover system is absolutely perfect and efficient. Thank you, I will come back."

"Great hostel. The staff is very friendly and made me feel welcome. Hostel location is convenient for walking into the city or taking the bus. It’s also very close to the beach. Continental breakfast is decent and the view from the breakfast area is great. The actual room is basic and a bit small and wifi only worked for me in the common area by the reception. For the price, it’s a great option to explore the beautiful town of Annecy and I would definitely stay there again. "
