This charming apartment is located in one of the main streets in the center of Seville: Calle Tetuán.
It is surrounded by shops and a few minutes walk from restaurants and the main monuments (Cathedral, Real Alcázar, Metropol Parasol).

The accommodation is completely renovated and has everything you need to ensure maximum comfort. It has a capacity of 6 people since it has a bedroom with a double bed, one twin bedroom & sofa bed for two.
It has a bright living room with a balcony overlooking Tetuán street, an equipped kitchen (washing machine / coffee maker / toaster / dishwasher) and a practical bathroom with shower inside the bedroom and other bathroom.

The atmosphere is very bright and warm, ideal for families and groups of friends.

The apartment is on the fourth floor with elevator.

Basically a hostile

Pictures online look ok but the place is in very poor condition. Very old. Bathroom shower leaked, floors are dirty and warped, one of the pull out beds is broken. AC unit leaks. Very loud outside. Only good thing is location.beds
