Design and comfort combine in this apartment located on Calle Feria, right in the heart of Seville. The building has an elevator that goes directly to the attic’s front door.

Upon entering, you’ll find a beautiful living room with an open-plan kitchen, furnished in an elegant and modern style. From the living room, you can access a lovely terrace equipped with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying Seville’s sun and climate.

From the living room, you reach two bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and an en-suite bathroom, and another with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m). There is also a second independent bathroom.

Additionally, from the living room, a staircase leads to a loft area with a single bed (0.90 x 2.00 m), suitable for a child or an adult. This space is open with a ceiling height of approximately 1.60 meters.

Calle Feria is one of the most historic and authentic streets in central Seville. In recent years, it has become one of the most exclusive and sought-after neighborhoods in the city.

In the surroundings, you will find traditional Sevillian shops, local product stores, bars, and high-quality restaurants, perfect for discovering Andalusian cuisine.
