About this property

2 bedrooms, private terrace, free parking

  • Duplex with 2 bedrooms, private terrace and free parking. It is well located in the historic centre on calle San Luis, about a 20 minute walk from the Cathedral, in Macarena - one of the most traditional and liveliest neighbourhoods in Seville. Suitable for up to 4 guests.

    The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table and TV. Dining table with 4 chairs. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all main utensils and appliances, including: fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing-machine.

    The master bedroom has a double bed of 150x190cm and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

    From the living room, stairs lead up to the second bedroom and private terrace. There are two single beds of 80x190cm. One bed is stored underneath the other to save space. For groups of 4, we place the same single beds separated as shown in the pictures.

    There is a toilet available inside the second bedroom.

    Sliding doors open out to a large private terrace with table, chairs and a canopy.

    The apartment is set on the second and third floors of a residential building, with elevator. Wifi internet connection and air conditioning with cooling and heating are included.
