We stayed in the 2 bed family apartment, it was a good size with on suite to both bedrooms and seperate kitchen and dining living/living area. Well located, close to the cathedral and a couple of minutes walk from plenty of restaurants. The apartment and building were clean and well maintained. Communication from Numa regarding check in, check out and building access was very good. We recommend this accommodation and would stay again without a second thought.

This property is very centrally located. Easy to get there by Taxi, I would not drive thru those very narrow streets. Ideal location, walkable distance to many of the key attractions in Seville. Lots of dining options.

We had a great stay! The owners are incredibly organised and ensured we had all the information needed for a smooth check-in and check-out. The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and had fabulous extra touches (we loved the REN shower products, GRIND coffee capsules, crisps and beer in the fridge)! Not only was the apartment great, the location was fantastic being only a 2 minute walk away from the cathedral and all the local restaurants! Thank you SO much!

Great Location, a Few Annoying Issues.
The location was fantastic. We had some minor issues that played a role in our lower rating. We booked a family room. The A/C wasn't working well, there were no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch, and when we took a short nap we had ants crawling on us! Made contact and was asked if we found bug spray under the sink, we didn't. They said they could have someone out the next day to spray for bugs and get us sheets and blankets for the bed. Obviously that didn't help us. They had another, smaller, 6 person room. We took that, moved all of our stuff. Still no blankets or sheets for my daughter's bed. My wife and I gave her our blanket and we slept in our sweatpants and hoodies. This room also had ants, only on the kids' room top bunk bed. We adjusted our sleeping to avoid them, although they did get into some of our clothes bag.

This was an excellent apartment for the price. It is spacious, clean and has excellent air con. The location was perfect for our Seville stay. We were on the ground floor and from the living room and dining room you can clearly hear what is going on outside - this was not an issue for us. Useful info - supermarket Dia is close and has a good selection. We would highly recommend Numa/Jondo!

Oasis in the center of Sevilla
Location was perfect and the apartment was spacious and well appointed. Kitchen had everything you needed. Nice touch that they provide small free snacks. Beds and bedding were very nice. Living room area was a great size for family lounging.

Great place at unbelievable price. So many little freebies. Clean, spacious. Great beds, A/C worked perfect. Parking ok but could not use it because the street was too narrow for us. Great parking not too far, about 4 blocks away.

The place was very clean and we loved the free snacks and drinks in the fridge! Only plan to park if you have a tiny car, as the parking garage and street are extremely narrow. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio!

The location is perfect in the Casco Antiguo. Really close to the Catedral, but on a beautiful tucked away and quiet street. Stayed in a very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment for the Semana Santa. Keep in mind that streets are closed during this time in this neighborhood because of the processions and it will be almost impossible to get to park at the parking next door. Inquire in advance. The property access is automated and the housekeeping is once a week. Arrange in advance if you need daily cleaning. Apartments are simple, modern and comfortable, with great AC. Large terrace with view of Santa Cruz church. They leave breakfast daily at your door, which you have to pick & choose in advance. The Serrano sandwich is your best choice. Great choice for families, as there are fully equipped kitchens in case you need to cook. We did have a couple of issues and the assistants were fast and attentive trying to resolve them

New favorite! Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. Fantastic central location. The building is immaculately clean and inviting, on a quiet, charming street, just around the corner from lively restaurants and bars. The apartment is beautifully decorated and fully appointed with a large living room, full kitchen (with w/d and drying rack) and dining area, spacious comfortable bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Juliet balcony facing the street below was lovely, and the rooftop was relaxing as well. We preferred the tech-enabled access and were very impressed with the facilities (including easy luggage storage). Our group loved our stay and did not want to leave - we can't wait to come back!

Loved the size of the rooms and the rooftop patio. Area was great, close to everything. Common areas were very nice and well kept as well. We did have a sewage smell from the bidet when we arrived, however I covered it with a double folded towel and that worked to keep the smell out of the apartment. Apparently all the apartments in that part of town have similar issues, and it was easy to deal with in this case.

Excellent location and walking distance to main attractions and restaurant's. Apartment was so clean and had all the right amenities to use ss well as two terraces one we ate breakfast in and the other was outside our room which had two sun loungers which if we had more time could easily sun bathe as weather was glorious. Communication was so quick and friendly. As it was self check in, not having anyone there in person was not a problem as you communicated through WhatsApp and i would get a reply pretty much straight away before my trip and during. I couldn't recommend Numa enough and will surely be looking to use them again when traveling as they are based all over Europe and recommend them to friends. Thanks Numa 😊

The apartments are excellent. Very close to the centre of the city and I was surprised by how spacious and nicely appointed they are. It drops points for the annoying check in procedure which left us locked out of the apartment for about 30 mins and the parking situation. Do not stay here if you have a car any bigger than a smart car. The roads around the complex are not meant for cars and the parking garage is extremely tight and will probably mess up your paint job.
