We had a great stay at this Novotel. The location is good with amenities close by and the old town and popular sites around 30min walk. Reception area is modern and clean, staff are very friendly. Rooms are good value, clean and tidy. They aren't as modern as other Novotel rooms, but are well equipped. Breakfast has a good selection of quality food. Other reviews has put this down, we felt is was very good. Although it does get very busy after 9am. The pool area is fantastic and a great addition to this hotel. The rooftop bar is also a welcomed treat. We did find the pool water itself a little cloudy.

Great Hotel. Great staff.

Great hotel, excellent for Public transport (direction congress centre Fibes) or city centre by bus and metro. Hotel is clean with very friendly and welcoming staff! Good breakfast and friendly bar. Rooftop pool and bar are wonderful.

The bartenders were not especially knowledgeable but they could take care of any drink with the ingredients in the name. The rooms were spacious and clean. There were a couple give aways that it needed an update/renovation but nothing drastic. Checking in was easy and fast. Breakfast was just ok. The area is next to the stadium grounds so it was easy to walk the dog.

We only stayed there one night on our way to Lisbon. It’s convenient but not in city center. Close to train but right now there is a lot of construction near hotel . It’s also next to the stadium Sevilla fc so it would be loud during the games. We have stayed in other Novotel in Europe and this was our least favorite. But certainly beds and pillows were clean and comfortable

Shower not working but staff wonderful

There’s nothing like waking up and realizing that the shower isn’t working (there was water, but it didn’t make it to the nozzle). And one of the flush buttons didn’t work on my toilet. And the AC would only send warm air out. The breakfast buffet wasn’t refilled after 8.30 it seems either. On the upside the staff was very friendly, and at least treated me to the beer I had some the minibar. They tried their best offering me another room to shower in, unfortunately I didn’t have time to use it as I had budgeted my time not considering a malfunctioning shower. It also took time maintenance to show up and fix it. So even though staff was absolutely wonderful, it doesn’t make up for very basic things not working.
