    The apartment is located on Calle Procurador 8 in a new building, 5 minutes walk from the Triana Bridge and 10 minutes from the historic centre of Seville.Unbeatable location, in the middle of Calle Castilla next to the Plaza de Callao and the Triana Market. The apartment, newly built in 2020, is decorated maintaining the charm of the famous houses of one of the most emblematic neighbourhoods of Seville.

    The set of apartments that are on the farm was built in 2012 with quality and luxury finishes. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living-dining room, and a furnished and equipped kitchen.
    Services and common areas
    The apartment is located in the heart of the Triana neighbourhood, next to the market and 230 meters from the famous Triana Bridge or Isabel II Bridge, next to Betis street. It is also very close to all the areas of tourist interest such as the Giralda and the Cathedral, the Alcázar, and the Torre del Oro. In the same Triana neighbourhood, you will find Seville's leading popular ceramic shops.

The unit was exactly as it appeared online. Great location in a safe area. We loved the rooftop terrace and the comfy beds! This place was perfect for our stay!

Zuerst einmal das Positive vorweg, die Lage ist super, die Wohnung an sich auch okay. Betreuung vor Ort komplett digital, und in weiten Bereichen auch sehr professionell und gut. Negativliste:Ausstattung entspricht nicht den Fotos, uralte vergilbte Plastikliegen, defekter Tisch auf der Terrasse. Es gab vier Tassen in der gesamten Wohnung, von den zwei angeschlagen sind. Die Spülmaschine hat nicht funktioniert. Das Fenster in einem Schlafzimmer war verbogen und ließ sich nicht mehr öffnen. Keine Küchenhandtücher in der Erst-Ausstattung. Nach Absenden einer entsprechenden Mängelliste wurden die Mängel beseitigt, die Spülmaschine funktionierte dann genau einmal, und danach wieder nicht. Zwei Baustellen, eine direkt vor dem Haus, eine im Haus. Sehr laut und staubig, von 6:30 Uhr morgens bis circa 17:00 Uhr. Hochgradig ärgerlich in einem Urlaub von fünf Tagen, ungefähr einen halben Tag damit zu verbringen, eine Mängelliste zu erstellen und sich um nicht vorhandene beziehungsweise defekte Ausstattung zu kümmern. Sehr beeinträchtigend waren die Baustellen - durch den permanentenLärm. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!
