The room was ok for what we needed. We were just passing through so just needed a place to sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The linens in the room were nice and clean. The room was just basic but clean. The staff in the morning was not super friendly when letting us know about breakfast, which we didn't not prepay for so couldn't get but other then that it served its purpose.

The service was good. This property is in need of modernisation, especially the rooms. The dining area has limited dining space and the self serve is so cramped there is very little space to walk around. This was at a quiet time of the year.

If you are looking for good value at a hotel close to the airport the Ibis is a great choice. Helpful staff and full service dining options onsite mean once you are checked in you need not go anywhere else.

It seems that IBIS offers good value, I stayed in another IBIS hotel in Madrid as well and I had the same impression. The room was comfortable, clean. The breakfast was very good. There was even some life music on some nights in the lobby where you can have dinner or a drink. You need a 35 min bus drive though to the major attractions in Seville but the bus station is a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Far from city center

In general it’s a ok hotel (that’s why you pay what you are paying for it) We came on a very busy season. It’s far from everything and a bit overpriced taking into consideration the distance to the city (you could spend another 30 - 50 euros per day on commuting back & forwd) I do want to mention that Juan, one of the front desk staff members was very nice with us the times we interacted with him. Thanks for making this stay nice. You probably made the stay move +1 rating due to your niceness

Very good option for staying near the airport. Simple, but nice, clean, friendly staff. Parking was a pain in our case--complicated and the ticket machines were broken. Plus there's the Ibis Budget (or "Economy", not sure) right nearby, which is confusing. Not too many dining options, but the hotel does have a restaurant which was decent.

Finding the parking was a challenge at the beginning because there wasn't a sign directing you to the parking spot of the hotel and I went out and parked to the Ibıs Budget's parking at the end which is next to the hotel. The price was the same as they said. So, it is not a very big deal. I am writing this as a warning to the hotel and to the next guests. The breakfast was quite good and the variety of the products was enough. The room is small as expected and comfy enough for a night before flying from the airport the next morning. It was a stay meeting the expectations.

We had a very late arrival at the airport, so it was great to have a hotel a short taxi ride away. The hotel we had originally booked in the centre of Seville said they had a 24 hour reception desk, then a couple of weeks before we were due to arrive, said they had changed their procedure, which we didn't feel happy with. So we booked with Ibis , who we knew would be able to accommodate us We were pleasantly surprised at how good the breakfast was and we had a very good evening meal too. It was very easy and cheap to get to and from the centre of Seville by bus, with bus stops very close to the hotel The staff were all very friendly and helpful

Great Stay With One Flaw

Great, reasonably priced, hotel for short stay pre or post air travel. Welcoming helpful staff. Good simple well priced food and drink. Small adequate and well laid out rooms. Underground parking available. The only negative is the attractive looking shower in the otherwise fine bathroom. Shower floor is slippery with no safety treads. Shower entry requires high step up in/out with no handgrip to assist. These design flaws don’t fit in an otherwise thoughtfully designed room. But for them they’d rate a 10.
