Nice Location out of Main Tourists Areas

Nice place in the Salamanca neighborhood of Madrid. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Madrid. Easy access to the metro and nice neighborhood to walk around with many very good retardants near bye.

Alejandra’s Vrbo is just beautiful

The property is immaculate. Several levels, many stairs. Beautiful floors, windows onto the street, a terrace—perfect for Semana Santa (although I shouldn’t advertise that, since we want to come back). Two bedrooms, two baths, a small but adequate kitchen, a lovely, tasteful sitting area. Excellent art on the walls. Alejandra is gracious and solicitous, providing us with many informative flyers and maps—not to mention the well-stocked kitchen. We mentioned to each other many times how lucky we were to have found this lovely place. Thank you Alejandra!

Sevilla Stay

We loved the house even though the upstairs bedroom was difficult to reach. Good thing that we’re in excellent physical shape for 75+ year olds. Well appointed, centrally located, and parking (!!).

Great place

The house is on multiple levels, very spacious, clean and lovely. Alejandra was very friendly and helpful. Our son got a bit sick but she was constantly checking in and offered to help multiple times. The check in/out process was also very smooth. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic apartment

Alejandra's house is a wonderful place to explore Seville, especially the lively Feria neighbourhood. We loved the roof terrace and the stylish interiors. There are lots of stairs, but it's a beautifully planned and equipped house, with opportunity for both privacy and communal living.

Wonderful home

Beautiful home, lovely host, great location and terrific views from rooftop terrace. Alejandra was a wonderful host providing lots of suggestions, directions, along with fruit, water and wine. And it has a parking place which is critical. Highly recommend it.

Love this property!

The location is in a cool neighborhood with a lot of locals. Many restaurants nearby. The condo is absolutely modern and beautiful. A lot of stairs but perfect for our family if 4. Alejandra is a wonderful host. It felt like we were welcomed by family. She showed us around and even gave us maps and tips. One of our best stays ever!

Lovely stay in Sevile!

We thoroughly enjoy our stay in Seville. The accommodations were perfect for 2 couples and we loved the terrace for morning coffee! We were a comfortable distance from the heart of the city and found walking very easy to the main attractions and lots of restaurants. The host greeted us to show us details of parking, the home and general area. We really enjoyed Contenedor restaurants right down the street a few times (be sure to eat dessert). It was our first time in Spain and having this home made it very special!

Fantastic place in a great location!

This house was a great find! It's spotlessly clean, well maintained with quality fixtures and fittings. The Terrace is lovely and the large canopy makes it useable even on a hot sunny day. And the lovely, kind Alejandra is the best host that I have ever come across. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if we return to Seville. I would also recommend La Madriguera de Mai for excellent Tapas & a small intimate flamenco show, it's just around the corner, you need to book though!

Wondeeful Stay

Our group of 4 stayed at this lovely apartment for 3 days. Alejandra met us at the door, showed us her beautiful home and offered plenty of helpful information. The apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated and unique in its design and use of space. We sat on the terrace and enjoyed the colorful plants and view. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect for touring the lovely city of Seville. We highly recommend this booking. Thank you Alejandra for your kindness and generosity.

A wonderful visit

For our family, this was the ideal place to stay. It’s a beautiful home, with excellent art and wonderful books. The location is great, it’s not to far from the places you’ll want to see as a tourist, but it’s also in a real neighborhood. You get a real flavor of Sevilla. There are some nice restaurants and bakeries/ cafes very close by, and you’re about a ten to fifteen minute walk away from amazing sights. Alejandra is a wonderful host. She is a great source of information and really looked out for us.

Charming host, home and neighbourhood

From the warm, personal welcome and farewell from our host, Alejandra, to the sparking cleanliness of the house to the closeness of both a charming coffee shop in Plaza San Marco and a 'slow food' restaurant Con Tenedor just down the street, it was a wonderful stay. An easy and interesting walk down to the Cathedral, the Giralda and the Alcazar Palace. Only cautionary note.....the house is on several levels and some guests might find the number of stairs challenging.

Seville - Must Stay in the Center of the City

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Seville. This property was absolutely as advertised and we would certainly stay again. It was spacious, clean, well maintained, central to everything and quiet. As much as we loved every aspect of the house the best part of teh trip was the host herself. Alejandra was so thoughtful, helpful and accommodating to every items to help make our time in Seville and at her house as easy and relaxing as possible. Thank you so very much for all you did. Awesome apartment close to the Historic Center

We loved our stay here. One bedroom is up and the other down so good separation. The kitchen is small but very functional. The clothes washer worked great, and drying was very fast up on the private balcony. The location is very convenient to a nearby fresh vegetable/meat market as well as many restaurants. Our host Alejandra was very gracious and helpful. The included private garage space was nearby. Overall we could not have found a better choice for our extended Seville holiday!

Beautiful apartment in charming church square with terrace and views

Our 5 Days at Alejandra's place during Holy Week were superb! In a nice neighborhood (Macarena) with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and close enough to the main tourist attractions. It is even more beautiful than the photos. Meticulous, comfortable, and lovingly decorated. Our host was warm and welcoming along with her English speaking nephew to help settle us in. Thank you for the fruit and wine! The parking was a bonus! It was a highlight of our trip. We would stay there again and highly recommend it.

Absolutely perfect for a family of 4!

We loved our two night stay on this property last week and wish we could have stayed longer. The underground parking garage was spectacular (a short walk down the road). Our daughters (ages 11 and 13) loved the top floor room with their fun bathroom on the 3rd level. The location was a nice strolling distance to everything we wanted to see (about 20-25 minutes). Alejandra was absolutely lovely. Despite the fact we did not have a language in common, we were able to communicate via translators on our phones. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Good location

The apartment was very nice. And it was clean. Alejandra was the perfect hostess. The location was perfect for exploring and the parking was very convenient. There are stairs - be prepared. The apartment is very much an open style. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were spacious and very nice. The upstairs bathroom sink is separate from the rest of the bathroom and is located in the hallway /staircase and open to the rest of apartment.
