Everything was as expected. Location, location, location. The Alameda is full of food, drink, and wonderful people. A highlight of our trip to the Iberian Peninsula. Will definitely book again.

As long as you understand the property before you arrive it’s 5 stars. There is no reception and check in is online, but it is simple and clear to do so. Property is secured via an entry system using PIN codes. The room we had in the corner was simply fantastic for a hotel. A full double bed in one room, a large couch bed in the living room, and the nicest bathroom I have EVER seen in a hotel, truly sets the standard for a property like this. It is very close to the main road next to the river with great bus connections, and a local street a short walk away with a plethora of dining options open late into the evening.

Room was fresh and clean, the cleaning ladies were lovely. There was no blinds on the balcony door which got the hot afternoon sun, so I had to hang a blanket on it. The toaster was shorting out and tripping the breaker, so the maid gave me one with a broken foot but it worked. The courtyard could use a little freshening up. The actual building number 8 was not posted on the building, which caused us, the cab driver and other guests some confusion. These are small things that should be addressed but all in all, we enjoyed ourselves immensely in Seville. Thank you Hoteles De Sur !

As others noted, the property’s communication was terrible—they sent me the check in form and didn’t send the instructions for check in. Once the check in time had passed and the property still hadn’t returned any of my messages, I contacted Expedia and their representative sorted it out for me. Without that intervention, I don’t know what I would have done. As it was, I had to wait around and didn’t get in until an hour after check-in time. The place itself was spacious, relatively comfortable, and with ear plugs, quiet enough for sleeping. The lighting in this place is poor and it felt very dark—great at night, not so great during the day.

This was a really nice flat, had all the necessary amenities and was generally well presented. Super comfy bed and air con was great. Staff were always on hand to help and attentive! Would recommend, good value for money.

The property is apartments. There are no elevators and most apartments are located on an upper floor. Although not located near major sites,the location is walkable with many cafes and bars near by.

Only a few steps away from Almeda de Hercules and the bars and restaurants .In 10 minutes you can walk into main attractions in Servile. Everything you need for a comfortable stay and the entry system is easy to use and very secure . Would definitely stay again when in Servile.

The A/C did NOT blow cold. Ever!! Pathetic to advertise air conditioned! We were sent maintenance, however he did not improve the temperature AT ALL. Nothing else was done to improve our experience. We witnessed others spending hours to get into their locked rooms. Very remote assistance. Spotty impersonal computerized responses. Too late. The property was well located in a great neighborhood.

Last minute booking, nice surprise on a beautiful and clean 2 bedroom unit. Building felt safe since you need lock codes to enter building then a different code for unit. Location was about a 25 minute walk to the center where cathedral is or the Santa Cruz area. The neighborhood is super quite, especially at night. I would uber back at night unless your walking with a group or other person. Great stay!

Overall clean apartment for a reasonable price, located in a quiet but walkable area. However, I wish the curtains would have blocked the windows completely. From the outside, someone could easily have a glimpse inside your bedroom, especially when the lights are on. Other than that everything was to our satisfaction.

Great overall. However, the signs to find the property and my room was difficult to find. I arrived at night and the réponse to my WhatsApp messages was not that great. I looked for the building and my room for at least 30 minutes. Other than this, the place is clean and spacious. Very comfortable stay.
