Amazing property and the staff were very friendly, personable and make our experience staying at Mercer Seville very memorable. Amazing boutique hotel perfect for a city break
Amazing boutique hotel a short walk away from the main attractions. Rooms are very clean and complimentary soft drinks in minibar & Nespresso are a lovely touch. Service is amazing. Breakfast is the best start to the day (a la carte and can order anything you wish). Service and staff are incredible; being a boutique hotel you are very well looked after. The team made all of our reservations.

The staff was amazing. They assisted us in finding two of the best restaurants on our month holiday between Portugal and Spain. The breakfast was fantastic with every option you could want and first class service. The hotel is an old mansion that was converted so elegant and quaint with only 11 rooms. Thus, the staff knew you by name which was a really nice touch. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel!

Everything about our stay was perfect. Easy check in, welcome cocktails, incredible service from all the staff and the location was perfect. Right in the centre but without the noise.

I can not say enough amazing things about our stay at the Hotel Mercer. The hotel is a boutique hotel, with a total of 12 rooms, therefore the service is very personalized. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that your stay is perfect. Before our arrival, the hotel made dinner reservations for my 15 year old daughter and I, set up both a private tour and our PCR testing which was one less thing we had to think about. The hotel kept me routinely updated to ensure that all my inquiries were answered before our arrival, including COVID questions. The staff truly makes you feel at home, answers any questions you may have and are very professional. The rooms are impeccable and are a generous size. They also have a pool at the rooftop where you forget you are in a major city. The hotel's location is great since its on a quiet street yet close to all the main historical attractions, shopping areas and Triana, all of which are in walking distance. Seville is an amazing city but the staff at Hotel Mercer made it an exceptional trip. I highly recommend this hotel

Best boutique hotel in town. Exclusive and attention to details. Very personalized. The room is amazing from the bed, the linens to the bathroom which is gorgeous. Highly recommended if you are in Seville.

Excellent all round experience, super friendly helpful staff, excellent food and great selection, the beds pillows and duvet were of the highest quality as was the bathroom and toiletries - probably the best value for money hotel I have ever stayed in.

Small chic hotel near main attractions of Sevilla. Very attractive lobby, bar and restaurant. Staff could not be nicer or anxious to assist. Lobby exciting atrium that soars three stories. So what’s not to like or embrace. Hotel had very quite bar. Seemed a little sterile.

Small enough for individual service but large enough to avoid over-attention. Everyone was courteous, helpful and provided helpful suggestions. Breakfast was amazing - get a room rate including this. Cocktails were great - the usual lot and some unique ones (Seville Sour is definitely worth trying). Rooms were spacious enough and had everything you would need, with high quality products and very clean. Building itself was interesting too. Well worth it.

What is there not to love about this hotel. Grand but cosy. Room a good size, bathroom stunning. Only twelve rooms, which are separate from each other, so no next door noises. Breakfast was delicious. Staff extremely professional and attentive, yet friendly. Rooftop terrace and pool clean and the free water and crystal glasses were a nice touch for a pool area. Overall, a superb experience at this superb hotel

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel, perfectly located for all the sights, converted from a palace, with only 12 rooms. It is immaculately clean, the staff is polite and attentive, with breakfasts to die for, and overall decor of the highest standard. Would love to return to this lovely hotel and this amazing city!

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful city
We stayed at Hotel Mercer Seville for four nights and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The hotel is at a central location and is within walking distance to all main attractions. But it’s also at a quiet street so there is no disturbance at night. The staffs were all super friendly and courteous. When we left this morning at 7am, although the breakfast doesn’t start until 8am, they offered us free drinks and asked if they could prepare some food for us. The hotel is beautifully designed with a minimalist style. Our room was clean and spacious. If there is any room for improvement though, it’s the fact that their shower system doesn’t provide consistent temperatures and the water is either too cold or too hot.

This hotel just became one of my favorite hotel in Spain, if not all of Europe. Clean room with understated modern decors, perfect bed, high ceilings, walk-in closet, attentive staffs eho can differentiate between when to help and when to be discrete, sense of serenity... I really couldn't find anything bad about this hotel. In a single word, perect!

We stayed at the Hotel Mercer for two nights.What a wonderful hotel! It is a boutique 5 star, so no big restaurant or spa but don't let that stop you! From the moment we stepped in and had our complimentary welcome drink until the moment we left we got so much service and attention. The staff couldn't do enough for us. They even remembered what we had had for breakfast the morning before! The bedding and towels are wonderful as is the bathroom. No tub but a giant shower with the best bath products and a most wonderful rain shower! The room is comfortable and well planned out. They filled a thermos pitcher full of cold water every night along with our turn down service and chocolates! The entire hotel is immaculate and is situated right in the middle of all the activity, but on a quiet street so no noise! I can't wait to back!

The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. We casually mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary and when we got home from dinner a chilled bottle of champagne and a heart shaped dessert were waiting for us in our room. Incredible!!
