Charming hotel in the heart of Seville old town

Excellent hotel in the heart of old town.Service throughout was faultless, from check in to free tea and coffee in the lobby area during the day to arranging our taxi to the airport.Older hotel so don't expect all mod cons but more than makes up for it with it's charming lobby and architectural details.

Tres belle hotel dans le centre historique. Tres bien placé, propre et climatisé. Personnels agreables et disponibles 24 sur 24. Le seul petit point désagréable est le bruit de la salle de petit dejeuner (notre chambre etait a cote)

This beautiful property was located in a great location. We were able to quickly walk to all our must-see locations, especially the Cathedral and Alcazar. We could even walk to the pick-up location for our day excursion to Gibraltar. Highly recommend.

A área da recepção é muito bonita, quase como um lugar a se visitar. O quarto em que fiquei era amplo e bem confortável. A grande maioria do staff foi educada, atenciosa, dando dicas e orientações. Very quaint and decorated nicely. Entrance opens right to street so its a little scary getting in and out. Convenient to shopping and dining. Breakfast buffet sufficient. Service and personnel very helpful and accommodating. Wouldn't recommend the suggested cruise..waste of time and money. Overall, not a bad stay at all.

Caratteristico

Hotel carino e caratteristico, in zona abbastanza centrale (circa 10min a piedi dalla Cattedrale), camera spaziosa, letto comodo, personale gentile e disponibile, caffè sempre a disposizione gratuitamente. Purtroppo in camera faceva un po' freddo, ho provato a regolare il termostato ma non ho avuto successo, anche il wi-fi era un po' "ballerino". Mi spiace dover annoverare queste cose, perché il personale è stato veramente magnifico, ma si potrebbe migliorare con qualche accorgimento.
