    This space is a reflection of Seville and an oasis of tranquility to discover the depths of the Andalusian capital. It has 2 beds and a bathroom. A current design and with good qualities. Reformed in 2019 but save the details that will transport you to the past while enjoying its current freshness. It has all the comforts, private bathroom and tv for each one. Each room is fully heated. The inner courtyard is an ideal place to enjoy. A / C-WIFI.

    It is a place we think you will always return to when you go to Seville.The house has 6 spaces where there is no kitchen since we believe that the ideal is to eat and have breakfast in the countless bars, restaurants and cafes in the area.The last apartment in the attic is sometimes lived by the owners of this beautiful house which, being divided as small "apartments", all enjoy a great total privacy.If you are looking for a place to be comfortable and close to everything as well as where to enjoy when you are relaxed, this is your place.

Beautiful room

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and cozy room. It was within walking distance to everything. The communication with the host was fantastic as well. She waited for us to explain everything we needed to know. If you want to do laundry, bring your own detergent. Otherwise, our stay was perfect! We loved it!

The place is well located within walking distance of the attractions and the center of the city. The check-in/out process was very smooth, and Miguel was very helpful in explaining the facility and showing us where to find the attractions. The room was as described, very clean, and cute. The coffee shop, PARADAS, located at the end of the street on the right, was delicious. Their coffee was amazing, and the best way to start your day. Highly recommend it!

Die Lage ist relativ zentral, man ist schnell im Barrio Santa Cruz und grundsätzlich haben wir uns in der Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer ist zwar relativ akkurat beschrieben, jedoch haben wir sehr schlecht in dem alten Holzbett geschlafen, dessen Matratze extrem hart ist und generell ist das Gebäude mit allen anderen Bewohnern sehr hellhörig und es war nachts oft laut (Hundegebell). Von der Sauberkeit war es okay, solange man nicht zu genau hinschaut, moderne helle Möbel würden das Zimmer schon viel freundlicher erscheinen lassen. Positiv zu erwähnen war der Check-In sowie die Zimmertemperatur tagsüber, welche für unsere Siesta sehr angenehm war. Insgesamt würden wir diese Unterkunft wahrscheinlich nicht beim nächsten Besuch buchen, aber wenn man eh viel draußen ist und überall gut schlafen kann ist diese Unterkunft nicht übel.
