It has private parking in the covered building included in the price. It has a spacious living room of more than 20 m2 with all its high quality furniture and a kitchenette.Ideal apartment for up to 4 people but also very comfortable for 1 or 2 people with total independence. Very bright, spacious and quiet. Elegantly decorated. Kitchen fully equiped. It has all the amenities so you don't miss anything (high-speed Wi-Fi, hot and cold air conditioning, parking, work and reading areas, Netflix).It is without a doubt the ideal space for families, business trips or groups of responsible friends.
