Fantastic apartment with 1 bedroom and a large living room with a sofa bed. Very cozy, spacious and modern. It has been completely renovated in August 2022. Located in the heart of Triana. 10 minutes from the Metro station, bus stop, Guadalquivir river (Calle Betis) and Plaza de Cuba. Complete reform and perfectly equipped with luxury finishes. Plenty of space to place clothes, suitcases and feel at ease! Enjoy this nice apartment after a long day of visiting.Public parking in the adjoining building. It has the apartment's own high-speed wifi, centralized A / C.



Next to San Jacinto, a few minutes from the Triana bridge, La Torre del Oro, Cathedral, Alcazar ...

In a quiet very Spanish area

Very clean and spacious, a very helpful host who let us in. We both are long term Spain visitors/residents so we didn't want to be in the very tourist area of Seville so Triana suited us very well and easy to get to the main sites.

Great apartment, great location

We were greeted in person at the apartment and shown where the grocery store was located (which was extremely close). The location is very convenient with numerous restaurants nearby. We did not need a car and used the bus to shorten our walks into the areas of Seville we wished to visit. We loved that the apartment had no steps to climb and needed no elevator. The apartment was great.

Extremely well placed flat in the Triana area with easy access to the centre of Seville. Recently renovated, clean, quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Grata estancia, el apartamento está muy bien ubicado, muy limpio y cumple la descripción. Lo único a destacar es el sofá-cama y su escasa comodidad, es un colchón muy delgado y no es muy cómodo. Por lo demas todo correcto. Recomendable sin duda

Great holiday

The host is very accommodating, gracious and informative. He spent 20 minutes with us when we arrived to demonstrate everything and gave us suggestions of places to visit along with how best to get there. The location is excellent: public transit at your doorstep, several grocery stores within 3 minute walk; multitude of tapas bars 1 minute away.
