Great location! Very central to the Alcazar and Cathedral and restaurants/bars. Host was great and appreciated being able to drop our luggage off earlier before the penthouse was ready. It was clean and worked very well for our group of 7 with two bathrooms and three bedrooms and has a lovely terrace on top.

Our host was Ramon and the building was his family’s home and has now been split up into 3 apartments which he helps manage. The apartment is in a very convenient location, we joked it was a 10 minute walk or less from everything. Small cafeteriás are 1 minute away as are multiple excellent restaurants. The Alcázar and Cathedral are 10 minutes walk through beautiful streets at most. The rooms are very comfortable. It is part of a subdivided older residence so some things are a little unusual, for instance, some rooms have frosted glass panes on the doors, but not a big deal. The 2nd bathroom is a little unusual, as it is upstairs and in a partitioned enclosure off to the side of the kitchen. It was perfectly serviceable but we didn’t use it too much. The patio on the rooftop is fantastic and more than makes up for any quirkiness. We had wine and played cards on the patio every evening. I would definitely rent again from Ramon. .
