Lukanda Arenal has a great location. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We very much enjoyed the dining options near the room and the central location made everywhere walkable.

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable room room located right in front of the market. We travelled with kids so it was great to pick up fruit for them across the street and stop by for an easy, casual breakfast. The owner was so great at communicating, and had very helpful tips, especially about parking. Would stay here again.

Excellent host. Good communication and fantastic location. The only small downside is there seem to be some plumbing issues, which is unavoidable with historical buildings located in old towns. The restaurant on ground floor seems fantastic but unfortunately booked out during our stay.

Love the tall windows of the room! It’s well equipped with fridge and microwave, coffee machine and hot water kettle. Location is wonderful- literally next door to a food market place and many cafes. We went to an excellent flamenco show that was one minute walk away. The host Rocio was very helpful and responsive, who also gave us the recommendation of the flamenco show. We loved the place.

Quiet, affordable and clean, near Puente Isabel

Very clean, modern, and efficient. Despite the central location it was quiet, possibly with double pane windows. Across the street from the Mercado Arenal, with lots of windows and two small balconies. Responsive staff even though nobody was onsite.

Overall it was very clean and conveniently located, walking distance to restaurants, down town, flamenco show, etc. the only reason why I gave them 4 stars is because the main door entrance can be heard every time somebody uses it, basically it is slammed to close, even though there is a sign asking to close carefully but people seem to ignore it. Be aware that in order to get to the second floor you need to go 42 steps up in a narrow staircase, there is no elevator so travel light if you can.

Great location! Quiet street at night, but located near everything. Was given clear instructions on getting into room and building. Room was good size. The hallway was was a little load due to tiled floors. The only issue was a sulfur smell from bathroom, but there is a window in there to clear smell. The smell was not from the room, but appeared to be coming from drainage system. We did smell this at another location while in Seville too. Room overall was good. Bed was comfortable. Good communication with owner. No elevator, so if you have a lot of baggage, that could be a problem. The location was excellent!!!

Great Sevilla Experience
