Everything about this apartment worked well for us, the booking, contact with the rental company, the arrival, the location. Perfect for a short family stay for sightseeing.
Very large apartment, perfectly located to explore Seville. The 2 bedrooms are at the back, so no real street noise. 2 bathrooms were PERFECT for travelling with kids.
Property was amazing and very comfortable for our family. Seville has been our favorite so far! The only issue we had was that the internet did not work.
Lots of plusses here. Comfortable beds, a large, well-equipped kitchen, nice showers, and a great sitting room and dining area. Bedrooms were cool, dark and quiet. Wifi worked perfectly. Location was unbeatable, a short walk to the cathedral and the old town. Dozens of cafes, restaurants and shops. Check-in was a little complicated but we arrived an hour too early in a steady rain. The staff sorted us out very quickly. Helpful and kind. Recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Fabulous apartment next to the Cathedral. Bedrooms are in the back and are very quiet. Kitchen is well equiped. There are trees outside the windows so it seems you are in a park. There are two air shafts which are great for drying laundry. The washing machine works well. Lots of eating places and food stores nearby. There is a place on the other side of the cathedral with great tapas at reasonable prices set in a tenth century Moslem building

You won’t find a better base to explore the delights of this wonderful city. Most of the attractions are within a comfortable walking distance. Taxis are reasonably priced and there is a stand close to the apartment. Good communication and flexibility with the check in.
The street is cobbled and there is a bar next door which can generate noise. You are in the centre of a vibrant city and as we know and appreciate our hosts love to project. This is part of the atmosphere and fortunately the bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment and are a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle. Wi-Fi was good. Spoilt for choice as far as food and drinks are concerned.
Downsides: The bedrooms can get a little stuffy without aircon which we prefer not to use at this time of year. I could write a novel in the time it took for the hot water to reach the basin in the en-suite. More channels on the TV would be nice. Oh and having to leave.

There were some minor housekeeping issues so we contacted the management company. They quickly sent someone over to take care of it. Very responsive.
The apartment has gorgeous marble floors and fixtures - really stunning - and large. The bedrooms are located away from the street so are quiet. Beds are comfortable and sheets and towels are good quality. Bathrooms are luxurious.
This is not a cheap apartment, so a couple of things to improve. The furniture with white upholstery needs replacing due to stains (dining and bedroom chairs); the living room area rug needs to go (stained). We rolled it up and pushed it out of sight. There is a little peeling wallpaper and off-the-rod drapery in the back bedroom - a simple repair.
As a firefighter’s daughter I add one other caution. Like many places in Andalucía, there is a wooden front door for the street entrance. A few feet inside this door is a floor-to-ceiling iron grate, with a locked gate. The main door has a latch you can open from the inside without a key, but the gate requires a key - both to enter and to leave. If yout leave the flat without your key (heaven forfend in an emergency) you would be stuck between the apartment door and the gate - unable to exit. In my opinion, the gate needs a keyless electronic unlocking device on the inside of the gate somewhere - for safety. I have seen this in similar rental situations.

The perfect location, especially for our first visit to Seville. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. It was very hot in Seville during our stay so the central AC was very appreciated.
Absolutely lovely stay. The location was excellent, steps from many sights and not a long walk from anything we needed, the cab line was close to get to the train on leaving and luggage storage just feet from the door after we checked out.Aside from location, the apartment has a perfect view of orange trees outside and was spacious and cozy for the whole family. The staff was very personable and responsive, though I honestly did not have to reach out much. I would absolutely come back to the same unit next time, and I would prioritize genteel homes options for other visits.Marco greeted us which was very helpful, showed us around a bit and was very helpful. Absolutely wonderful visit to a charming city.
A beautiful and well appointed apartment. The location with proximity to the old city sights and restaurants is excellent. Our hosts were professional and responsive. We visited during the hottest time of the year and the unit was cool and comfortable.
The apartment was very clean and spacious and the location is terrific. Within easy walking distance to the Cathedral and Alcazar as well as many tavernas, restaurants and shops. Ana was very helpful guiding us through the apartment when we arrived and our communication with her from our initial reservation was very good. As a brief note there is limited hot water in the apartment so longer, hot showers are out. We would highly recommend this apartment. Thanks Ana for your help.

Excellent location, 2 min walk to Cathedral/Real Alcázar area with numerous shops and restaurants, street performers and taxi stand. Excellent communication by Cristina, before and during our stay. Pedro, who met us on arrival, kindly and patiently oriented us to the place, what we could use, and how to look up area and apartment info using the QR code inside. Excellent place with fantastic (American level) A/C, updated functioning furnishings/appliances, all needed kitchen dishes/cookware, comfortable bedding and quiet even though it’s right in the heart of it all. Pictures on VRBO are accurate. We would definitely stay with you again. Muchas gracias!
