This apartment has a good location, but I had a very bad experience. Two days before check-in, on December 30, I contacted the person in charge and was informed that my apartment had been changed to a smaller one without prior notice, and that I would receive only a 10% refund.
When I arrived, the previous guests had taken the key, and I had to go pick it up myself because it was not delivered to me. There were no instructions on how to use the internet, so I had to call again to get an explanation.
The property was advertised as a hotel on Expedia, but it is not a hotel—it is an apartment. The shower water temperature constantly fluctuates between very cold and very hot.
If you want a centrally located place, it may be acceptable, but communication with the guest is very poor.
