New, original and downtown loft apartment, exquisitely decorated in building S. XIX totally rehabilitated. Retains architectural elements of value (wooden beams, brick pillars, etc.) consists of living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. Downtown, close to everything. Very welcoming. WIFI.

If you want something different, this is your accommodation. Its original distribution, its environment and its qualities make this apartment unique. It is taken care of every detail to make your stay enjoyable. It is located in a building from the late nineteenth completely refurbished. It has high ceilings, original wooden beams, old brick pillars, marble column, all original to the house. The decor is modern yet warm and inviting. In the apartment there are several levels, taking advantage of the high ceilings. Going down a few stairs leads to the kitchen, fully equipped and new (basic cooking ingredients supplied). Going up some stairs is the bathroom, design, and this is a glazed door to a small courtyard where light enters and ventilation (towels included). It has two bedrooms, one living room independent, with double bed and the other loft type (is connected to the living room), it has two single beds. The windows are noise and thermal insulation. There is a supermarket opposite case they wish to make a purchase. The area is preferred of Seville, for its large number of churches and convents worth visiting. There are many bars and restaurants nearby featuring famous tapas (El Rinconcillo, La Giganta. Carnation etc) The location is ideal for exploring the city walking as all the sights are nearby. For travelers arriving by car there is a public parking about 50 m. apartment

Wonderful apartment

Alberto’s apartment is clean, modern and in a perfect location. Restaurants and bars are literally a few steps from the front door. Alberto met us on arrival and communication with him was excellent.

Great stay!

The host is super nice and makes sure you know where things are. The place is very clean. We made our breakfast here and there was oil/salt/pepper/washing liquid--all the basics, already there. It is a very short walk to Las Setas, which is a cool square to have dinner or a drink in.

Family Vacation

Alberto was very responsive and greeted us on the first night we checked in, which was very late in the evening. His apartment was clean, cute and had all the amenities needed for us to feel comfortable. Also, it was in a great location where we can walk to most of the places we wanted see. We would definitely stay at Alberto’s apartment again when we visit again!

Beautiful stay and incredibly well-located

We really loved our stay here. The location at the Plaza de Los Terceros has some great restaurants nearby, a fantastic wine shop, and is conventiently right next to Las Setas. Despite being on a public square the building is well-insulated so we never heard any noise and slept very well. The loft was obviously very recently renovated. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location!

This property was fabulous! The owner was very responsive to emails, and was very friendly and helpful. Location is right in the heart of the shops restaurants and pubs literally right outside your door. Easy to walk around town. Lots of places to choose from to eat. The beds were comfortable lots of hot water cute little place lots of books and maps and a candy jar! 😁 I would definitely recommend this place!

Comfortable stay in perfect location

We visited during the first few days of Semana Santa. Alberto is an excellent host, attentive and helpful. The property is cozy and very convenient. Walk out the door and there is a little plaza with coffee shops and small restaurants. Grocery store is walking distance. Even though the festivities went on until past 1 am, the apartment is quiet bc it has double paned windows. The apt has basic kitchen and bathroom necessities, much appreciated. Fabulous location!

Alberto was there to greet us and show us around. The apartment is on the ground floor, immediately off of a small plaza with three restaurants, two tapas bars (popular, excellent tapas bars), a small market, a bakery and very close to transportation. It’s not in the main tourist area, but a 10 minute easy flat walk away. The apartment has excellent a/c, a nice sized bathroom, and comfortable clean rooms. A washing machine is in the apartment. We would recommend this host and this property.

Owner met us for early check-in and showred us the place. He lives upstairs and said to contact him if we need anything but we didn’t have to. Walk out to immediate cafe, bar, restaurant, grocery, pharmacy, and church. Apartment in city where mostly local residents live so great place to immerse in Sevilla. experience. Plenty of room for family with two teenage kids.

Great location and lovely apartment

It had everything you need, good Aircon (and we needed it, it was 44C when we arrived), fast internet and comfortable beds. Nice kitchen area, with everything you need. There's a supermarket and parking garage only a few minutes away (note, set your GPS for the parking garage and then the house - otherwise you'll end up on a ten minute drive around narrow streets to cover what takes 3 min to walk)Overall, it was great and exactly as advertised.

Great Location in Nicc Neighborhood

This is a very clean and well located apartment. It is walking distance to many sites of Seville. Walking out the front door there are many places to eat, shop or have a drink. The square it is located in in very livable lots to do but relatively quiet. Alberto is a great host and easy to reach.

Fantastic flat with great location

This was the best VRBO i have stayed in to date. Completely accurate listing and the host was flexible and extremely responsive. Everything that is needed is there and the location can't be beat. My son and i walked to all attractions from the flat easily and a taxi was simple to find just around the corner when it was time to go to the train station which is also very close. Two restos are right outside the flat door for easy coffee and a bite to eat at any time... It exceeded our expectations!

Enttäuschung

Nach dem wow kommt das au! Erster Eindruck der Wohnung war gut, schön möbiliert, das wars dann auch. Küche minimal ausgerüstet, nur eine Herdplatte auf einmal benützbar. Wir haben zwei Schlafzimmer erwartet, nur ein winziges und Schlafgelegenheit auf der Galerie, offen zum Wohnzimmer und sehr niedrig, stehen konnte man darin nicht. Geschirrspüler und Toaster defekt. Alles in allem enttäuschrnf!
