The location of this apartment is wonderful. Convenient to the Seville Cathedral, Real Alcazar, and the Plaza de Espana. We visited during Palm Sunday, so the town was especially exciting with processions going on each day. Something to experience at least once in your lifetime. The apartment was close to several access points to view these events. We arrived at the train station and was able to walk to the apartment (about 25 minutes) We spent several days walking around the town without needing a taxi. Our apartment had a terrace access overlooking the wonderful restaurant below, Casa Carmen Sevilla Restaurante. It was nice to sit out in the mornings to have espresso or to relax before dinner in the warm sun. There was just enough space for our family of four. My only recommendation would be to have someone in the office consistently to assist with check in. It can be a little confusing and we helped another pair of travelers from France that did not receive any instructions for check-in. Other than that, truly a wonderful place to stay and would highly recommend!

Property was clean. Reception lady explained everything well. The bathroom door didn’t have a latch or knob and was a sliding door and will slide open automatically. Location was strategically good but the downside was the street noise of horse buggies and people hanging out at night, although it was their Holy Week which maybe the reason

They didn't have enough towels and bedding for all of us. I had to sleep on the sofa with a towel as blanket for the first night.The hot water tank is terrible. It holds enough for a 4 minute shower, and probably 20 minutes to fill up again. The windows don't seal the outdoor sounds very well either. But the unit was well maintained and clean. The location was great. If the hot water tank wasnt poor, it probably would be ok.

It was a great location, easy access to all of the local restaurants and tourist spots. It was along a busy road, with lots of traffic, and horses and carriages all day long. No ovens are present, but microwaves are available.
