Very clean and spacious and quiet and very safe to stay. I like the location that it’s just a walking distance to the Alameda de Hercules with variety of restaurants. It’s so easy to communicate with the owner/ manager by What’s App who is very accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

The location was perfect, lots of restaurants just around the corner. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The furniture could use an update.

Me ha gustado mucho el apartamento. El emplazamiento inmejorable. Alejandro super amable y atento. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la climatización, que rápidamente nos solucionó Alejandro. Le falta algún pequeño arreglo, el desagüe del fregador perdía agua, y una bombilla del aseo se encendía y apagaba.....pero bueno, nada que no se pueda solucionar rápidamente. El patio una pasada, aunque como hizo frío no lo usamos mucho

Noisy but nice

This was a great little place. Right next to the nightlife. Only 1/2 block from the bars.. or The Columns restaurant opens at 6 for coffee if that's more your style. Was very noisy on Friday and Saturday night, but you can't beat the convenient location. Sweet gated apartment, includes a washing machine which I badly needed after a week elsewhere. Comfortable bed - check the closet for some softer pillows, too.

Great location!

Great location, within a 30 minute walk of every place I wanted to see. Plenty of restaurants and a market right around the corner. Wifi was good, kitchen had most of the basics, furniture was comfortable.

Jose went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. The apartment was in good shape in a nice, safe, local neighborhood. Good facilities. Would stay there again.

Overall, the apartment was in decent condition for a budget tourist apartment in the city center. Check in was easy, but we did have to wait 10 minutes for someone to come, as there is no open office like you would see in a hotel. However, it wasn’t a problem as we’ve rented European apartments on vacation before and this is pretty typical to expect. You just ring the bell and someone makes their way to you at the door. What I liked the most about the place was being right in the city center, the rooftop terrace with tables to have a beer or dinner, well working shower, and a central AC unit (not common in Spanish apartments). My biggest complaint was the dirty linens with hair on them and a nasty glob of hair in the tub drain. I don’t think the place was cleaned well or the sheets changed before we arrived. I had to scrub the shower myself and ask for fresh linens, which were not available until the next day, as we didn’t realize the problem until after office hours at night before bed. It may have been a one off bad day with the cleaning person, but obviously I can’t say for sure. Overall though, despite the negative, I’d stay again and just be more mindful of cleanliness at check-in so it’s not a surprise you need something cleaned or freshened before the staff leaves for the day.

Séjour super agréable, moi qui vient d'une grande ville un vrai bonheur de me retrouver dans le patio le soir après une journée de promenades, Au niveau de l'appartement rien de spécial à dire grand, propre, avec la climatisation bien sûr comme tous les appartements et hôtels en Espagne un peu brillant selon l emplacement des chambres, Très bien situé vous pouvez visiter les monuments de Séville à pied, Alessandro est super sympa serviable et de bons conseils, Un petit message perso à Alessandro apprend un peu le français et tu seras plus que parfait

Mauvaise surprise , pas de place de parking comme indiqué sur la réservation et stationnement difficile , et 25 euros à payer à l’arrivée pour le ménage pour une nuit alors que pas indiqué à la réservation . Et lit inconfortable, ménage limite Du coup très déçu vu que nous avions choisi pour le rapport qualité prix et le parking . J’aurai mieux fait d’alller a l’hôtel pour le même prix

No me gustó el olor de los desagües era insoportable.te obligaban a apagar la calefacción cuando salías y si no, entraban sin permiso y la apagaban.tuvimos que pagar por adelantado siin enseñarnos nada La experiencia fue nefasta. No se lo recomendaría a nadie.
