We had a wonderful time here! The view of Wears Valley below was stunning.I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of small accommodations that Elizabeth supplied for the cabin, such as bag clips for chips, a small basket of toys for children in the cubby upstairs, pet dishes and a bed, and an assortment of tea by the Keurig machine. The hot tub was amazing, clean, and extremely toasty. My fiancé loved that he could actually stand comfortably in both showers with plenty of room to move around in, and that's for someone with very broad shoulders, so we were glad that the listing photo was accurate. And the porch swing can comfortably sit three adults!The drive up to the cabin itself is steep and the curves are very tight, as well as on the way down (so take it slowly!), but definitely doable when/if you arrive back there super late at night like we kept doing on our first night and then after a day out. It also didn't take long to get to a store or any attractions from there. Elizabeth was very prompt and extremely responsive whenever I messaged her. She reassured me that while vaping isn't allowed in the cabin, outside was fine, and I even found an ash receptacle on the back porch, although none of us smoked cigarettes.I would definitely look into booking this cabin again in the future!
