Waterfront property, two separate units.
You will enjoy the peaceful feeling when you stay at the cottage, it’s just steps to your private dock, where you can fish or just jumping in to cool off. The cottages is on a dead end street. This cottage has 5 beds it’s about 3000 square feet. You can sit in the front for a cup of coffee and view the forest or the patio at the back and this beautiful waterfront property.
It will be your Home Away From Home!
The space
The top floor has a master Bedroom with a king size bed, the guest for has a queen size bed, 1.5 bedrooms and an ope concept with the living room dining room and kitchen.

The bottom unit has a separate entrance with 1 Bedroom with a queen bed and a Bunk bed that’s in the big open space with your living room and dining room.
There is one bathroom with a sick toilet and stand up shower. You also have a full beautiful kitchen with all stainless steel appliances.
Beautifully decorated.
Other things to note
Swimming is at your own risk it’s very deep right off the dock so if you are not a good swimmer I recommend a life jacket to be safe.
Absolutely nothing other than toilet paper in the toilets.
Just have fun keep the property clean and follow all house rules.
