"Because of the blizzard in the north east, our original flight was cancelled. This flight to Richmond was the earliest flight we could find after the storm. The flight landed at midnight. So we couldn’t get the hotel transportation. It stops at midnight. We were exhausted. Navid at the front desk was so nice and check in was so easy. Our connecting flight was early next day would have to check out by 6am. Navid said breakfast usually is 6:30am but he would let the staff know to open breakfast earlier and have transportation to airport by 6am. The room was clean. It had a fridge and microwave. Honestly, the room was better than the fancy hotel we stayed in Miami for double the price. The next morning, a very nice lady named Callie, had already prepared omelettes, potatoes, coffee, etc. She woke up at 3:30am to start cooking. Because no one was at the front desk, she also helped some people to check in. She told the guests to enjoy breakfast while checking them in. She was a one woman band holding the fort. Then she notified us that our van driver was here. It turns out it was Navid! The front desk from the night before. He said the driver didn’t show up to work. So he drove us to the airport. But both Navid and Callie showed great customer service! I’d stay here again. "

"At the first glance from the lobby, I knew I picked the perfect hotel. It looked stunning and smelled amazing. The entire hotel was spotless (Parking lot, Lobby, Elevator, Room, Restrooms, Hallways, etc.). The same wonderful aroma followed me all the way to the room. I was very pleased with the room. It was nice and spacious. The staff was also amazing, so helpful and very professional from the front desk staff to the cleaning crew. This hotel is a 10/10. I felt very safe, secure, and peaceful. I had an amazing stay and very restful night. Thank you Sheraton! "
