"Jordan is a fabulous employee, very positive and consistently high energy across his whole late evening shift - he helped me check in at 1 AM and was delightful when I had to leave to catch my flight departing the lobby at 4:30 AM. He is a outstanding credit to the Hyatt team and I look forward to seeing him at the Hyatt next time I come back to Pittsburgh. The Hyatt late shift shuttle bus driver is amazing and rates as an 11 on a scale one to ten!"
