Was there for about 2 hours. Came out and a raw egg had been smashed on my windshield. Told the manager who said there were only 2 rooms above me… no change of room, no refund, no report… I left and will not be back. I did not feel safe there.

Staff was wonderful let me just say that. I didn’t have a problem with them, what me and my boyfriend had issues with was the lack of cleanliness in the room (normally we put our clothes away if we’re going to be staying for a few days) but we were unable to do that because the dresser was filthy. The room also did NOT smell clean when we first arrived. Overall, experience wasn’t terrible but I expect the hotel rooms be better cleaned for guests.

Only 2 things that I didn't like: the tv ...it was an older model and the picture wasn't good. Next, the floor of my room, particularly next to the bathroom felt like it was gonna cave in. Kinda scared me actually. But other than that, the staff was great, very clean, smelled good, bed was comfy. Nice and quiet, very peaceful and plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. Would stay again!

The hotel was very nice, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was helpful. Only downside, in our room (321) the TV was frequently losing volume, a few times every minute.

Everything was very nice, comfortable bed, clean room, nice pool and gym available. On the negative side, the extracter fan in the bathroom didn’t work and not a smart TV. They have Direct TV but there were some satellite issues.

Worth the money for a relaxing comfortable stay.

Great location for our visit to the area to attend our son's graduation from Duquesne university. Enjoyed the area, did a little Christmas shopping and it was great to have a comfortable place to relax, sleep and get where we needed to be after enjoying coffee and breakfast at the motel in the morning.
