"Great view and location. Hotel beds are the firmest hotel bed I’ve had and much too form for me. Breakfast was ok. Scrambled eggs were weird and crumbly every morning. "
"We had a wonderful stay here. We really appreciated our boxed breakfast each morning, perfectly prepared.
Mario welcomed us and immediately made suggestions for beaches to visit and restaurants in the area. We so appreciated this!
We hope to come back soon. "
"This is perfectly fine and good value for the money. The location is ideal in terms of access, but extremely noisy foremost because of the oft-mentioned bus depot, and also a school right underneath during the day. Note that this is a residential building and the entrance is not obvious. Look for it as the street bends by the street number. The facility has a common kitchen, but no refrigerator. Ultimately, considering the demand in this city, and the geo-position of this place, it is worth the...
"This is an awesome place to stop for a vacation very close to the beach (2 minutes by car or 15 minutes jogging). The kitchen has plenty of pots and utensils, a gas stove and a fridge. You may also make new friends cause there might be other people renting other rooms. There are many restaurants around and a superstore. We'll stop there again on our next trip to Portugal. "
"There was persistent smell in the room , as the room was not properly aired ; in the bathroom the metall fittings were rusted and there was dust on the floor .
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

"This was our best stop while in Portugal. Staff went above and beyond expectations. Breakfast was plentiful, maid service was excellent. Front desk was superb. The manager is great."
"It's a hostel. When you go inside, there are very strange smells. All night someone was arguing, probably workers live in the hostel. noise from the road."
"This is a gem of a small hotel. The location is convenient to the main square and a variety of cafes and restaurants. The guest house itself is beautiful. Each room is unique. The bed was luxurious. I look forward to coming back!"

"The good- The house itself was set in a nice quiet neighborhood & was furnished appropriately. Only 3 of the 4 bedrooms have Air conditioning so if you’re staying in the summer the 4th is too hot to sleep comfortably. The bad - there was some mold in the washing machine, 1 of the doors to the patio was off the track. The pool filter wasn’t running & the pool was cloudy and dirty. We didn’t feel comfortable using it as there was debris on the bottom and dead bugs floating on top. The landscaping wasn’t like the ad pics eitherThe ugl -there were ants in the kitchen & in the foyer. One of the bedrooms had a musty smell and the window open. Upon further inspection the mattress was wet & smelly. my daughter was unable to sleep in it due to her asthma We made several attempts to contact the management company - email, app & phone but were unable to get a live person to help. They replied asking for photos and videos which I did but no attempt to send someone was made for nearly 22 hours. By that point we had to pay for alternate accommodations as I was not going to have my daughter sleep in a musty or room without AC. The company emailed and said they would send a pool cleaner but that wasn’t until day 3 of a 4 day stay. They never offered a remedy for the mattress either. I would never stay there or feel comfortable with the management company after my experience. I have documentation of all of this and in my opinion I could not recommend in good conscience "
"This house is about a half an hour south of the center of Lisbon across the river. Great location as long as you have a car. Quiet, secure, perfect base for exploring the area. Great communication. Would definitely stay here again."
Vila Panoramica-grande Propriedade com 18hectares a 10mn das Praias-30mn Lisboa
10/10 Excellent
"Amazing surroundings and nature around the property. Rooms, kitchen and common room is spacious. Plus very helpful hosts. The only thing I would wish is to have more air conditioning. Only two rooms out of five have air conditioning. Kitchen had an abundance of plates and cattlelries, so perfect for big family to stay. "
Villa Santa Cruz- Air-conditioned 10 bedroom pool house - Sesimbra Beach
10/10 Excellent
"18 of us stayed in Villa Santa Cruz, 13 adults and 5 kids. The villa was lovely and spacious, lots of bedrooms for us all. The kitchen was great, well stocked with all kitchen utensils, had 2 fridges, one for food and one for drinks, think another oven would have been a great asset for the size of the kitchen. The outside area was also lovely, lots of space for outside dinning. The pool was a good size, both kids and adults had a great time in it, especially as it was so hot the last few days. The only setback for us was there wasnt enough sunbeds, but there was plenty of chairs on the decking area. The villa supplied pool towels which was a bonus. The BBQ was great and got used a few times. Theres not much around the area, just a couple of cafes and McDonalds. You could get a taxi to Sesimbra town and beach which took about 10mins and cost on average Euros 5, there were plenty of Ubers. Sesimbra beach is lovely, the sand is soft and the water is clear and shallow. There are lots of lovely restaurants to choose from. The supermarket is only 10minutes walk away. Overall i would recommend staying at Villa Santa Cruz"
