  • Charming villa for 6 people located in the Barrou district of Sète, in the south of France.

    La Bergerie du Parc was built in 2026, it is located in a large park (1ha) with direct and private access to the Etang de Thau from the property: you can swim, snorkel and sail (kayak, paddle or sailboat) in front of the "Plagette".

    - New comfortable equipment, large terrace, outdoor tables and chairs,
    - Free parking on site (2 spaces).
    - Partner Tennis Club, located 150 metres away.

    The accommodation:

    With a surface area of about 180 m2, it consists of a large living area with fully equipped open kitchen: American refrigerator, hob, oven, host, microwave, central island with comfortable worktop, numerous cupboards and storage, close to the dining room table; the living room with its sofa is in continuity (coffee table, TV). Also at your disposal, a separate toilet, a laundry room. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (equipped with blackout curtains) each with its own private bathroom and dressing room.
