This three-storey vacation home on the slopes of Mont-Saint-Clair is comfortably furnished. You have a beautiful sea view from the terraces. Enjoy doing nothing in the pavilion during the midday heat or take a refreshing dip in the pool. Sète, which lies between the Mediterranean Sea and the Etang de Thau, is also known as the Venice of the Languedoc thanks to its incomparable light, splendid colors and the omnipresence of water. Stroll along the canals and see for yourself. The path to the property is only 2.6 m wide over a distance of 150 m.

Please note: The house is located in a quiet area, noise and parties are not permitted.

Lovely villa with amazing pool overlooking Sete
Had a fantastic holiday here! Lovely villa with plenty of space for 9 of us. The garden has a number of seating areas for sun and shade and there are great views of Sete and the sea. The pool is large and spotless and the kids had hours of fun playing! We travelled by train from UK and managed without a car. There is a Carrefour contact supermarket within 10 mins walk and the harbour area is also 10 mins away (bit longer on way back as there’s a steep hill up to villa - totally worth it for the views when you get to the villa). Loved the old town area! Also spent a few days on the beach...the bus stop is in the harbour area and then it’s easy to catch the bus to all the beaches. Nicolas the host was really helpful and friendly...thank you!

Charakterhaus mit kleinen Fehlern
Wir waren für 2 Wochen im September in diesem Haus. Das Haus war offenbar vorher wenig genutzt und die Sauberkeit sehr oberflächlich, es war leider voller Abortfliegen und Staub auf allen Möbeln. Das Haus selbst hat Charakter und ist insgesamt ausreichend ausgestattet. Uns fehlte ein überdachter Außensitzplatz bei Regenschauern. Die Lage im Berg gibt einen weiten Blick über die Stadt, unter der Woche kommt der Lärm der Stadt allerdings bis auf die Terrasse. Es ist zu ertragen, aber eben doch schon lauter. In der ersten Woche hat leider die Filteranlage des Pools nicht funktioniert, das spiegelt den etwas ungepflegten Zustand von Garten und Haus wieder. Der Service hat gut und schnell funktioniert, der Pool wurde zügig repariert. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, die jeweils in einzelnen Zimmern schlafen wollten. Der Service ging aber von der Nutzung von 2 Doppelbett-Zimmern aus und hat die zusätzliche Bettwäsche sofort nachberechent.Das fanden wir seltsam, da es nicht die Entscheidung des Vermieters ist, wer in welchem Zimmer schläft. Ansonsten - Die Auffahrt von der Straße ist wirklich anspruchsvoll und nur für geübte Fahrer*innen. Insgesamt konnten wir uns arrangieren und haben deshalb noch 3 Sterne vergeben. Etwas mehr Pflege und Sauberkeit würde dem Haus und seinen Gästen gut tun. Wer Stadtleben mag und über ein paar Dinge weg sehen kann, hat hier eine passende Unterkunft.

Excellent
Très belle maison, fonctionnelle, avec du charme. Les vues depuis les différentes terrasses, et la piscine, sont de vrais atouts. L'accueil est très organisé et très professionnel, tout en étant sympathique. A recommander pour découvrir Sète (10 mns à pied du centre ville) et ses environs (plages, étang de Thau...), tout en se reposant en Méditerranée.
