3-bedroom apartment of 43 m² furnished with taste and fully equipped, with an unobstructed 180° sea view from the superb terrace fitted with a dining area and a relaxation space.

Access to the terrace from the living room and the double bedroom via French windows.

On the 2nd floor with lift, the apartment is composed as follows: a living room with a sofa bed, TV, dining table and chairs in carefully decorated and recently refurbished décor. A kitchen area with electric hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, Senseo coffee maker, cookware and washing machine.

A bathroom with storage and separate WC. 2 bedrooms with storage, one with 2 single beds (90x190) and one with 1 double bed (160x200). Closed garage in the same building.

Access to the shared tennis court of the residence. The apartment is located in a secure residence on the heights of Mont Saint Clair, the Golf Estate, with an open-air swimming pool in high season.

Séjour août domaine du golfe

L'appartement était très bien et les services proposés également. Le seul bémol de notre séjour à été la localisation car résidence sur les hauteurs et pas de possibilité de balades à pied ou en poussette aux alentours compte tenu de l'absence de trottoirs aux abords et du dénivelé important. Je dirais peut-être l'attractivité de la piscine pour les plus petits.
